Golfing facilities have deteriorated.

Have visited several times over past 30 years and place has been well maintained generally.

Unit had not been maintained. washing machine not working, tumble drier in wrong position and not working, dishwasher not plumbed and also not working. safe at floor level in narrow cupboard and impossible to use . Lodge manager and maintenance team were great and machines were replaced or repositioned by Tuesday 8 July.Safe was useless. I think we were promised an extra bed but did not get one. TV had a very limited choice and we missed Wimbledon and Overseas Football

The accommodation is outdated (example: for a 6 sleeper there is 1 bathroom with a shower but 2 bathrooms with bathtubs), it seems like nothing has been done to the accommodation in many years. All the finishings, and everything in the accommodation looks fairly cheap-made although the pictures don't show that. It was also really difficult to find our accommodation since the houses are poorly numbered.

The location of Kruger Park Lodge is great and I can imagine the facilities are good, although we didn't use anything except our accommodation

Extremely miff (damp and moldy smelling) main bedroom, unit is not the unit number that is being advertised (it is unit 227B, not unit 14 which is facing the river), lacking certain key kitchen untensils (braai/barbecue tongs). PS - Exceptionally slippery kitchen and bathroom tiles.

The outside patio of the hotel where the gushing water is could have been used for meals and general service. It looked a bit make-do.

The location is good. It was very quiet and peaceful. More suited to older folk, rather than young adults.

the one day three (3) used/dirty pots were taken from the stove top and neatly packed away in the cupboard, UNWASHED! The one pot had left over rice, it could have been put in the fridge if the concern was not wanting to discard the food. Tried to lodge a complaint with the front desk and they were more defensive than helpful, eventually someone did come to wash the pots after a follow up call. The carpet could be changed to tiling/tiles as it appears a bit old but for me it was allergies, smelt of dust and i have dust allergies. Couch upholstery could be changed as well as it appeared dirty.

I got lost a few times finding my chalet.

The lodge is located close to the phabeni gate so very easy to access. The place is really pretty and the facilties are well kept.

Due to the size of the resort, homes can be quite far from the pools and restaurants so if you don't want to walk long distances you would need to drive to them.

Lovely home set in immaculate grounds. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Great location in Hazyview and near to Phabeni Gate.

The property does require some maintenance. The bath in the main bedroom is leaking and maintenance did not come and fix it. Some of the bed-lamps are a safety hazard and the tumble dryer isn’t working.

The property is well located and a great intimate environment. The daily cleaning services made the stay very comfortable.

A beautiful place to spend a weekend away, or for an even longer stay. The grounds were emaculate. The unit we stayed in had all the amenities needed. The lodge is situated close to most activities and super special that Kruger Park Phambeni gate is a stone's throw away. Although close to the mall, once you get in at the gate, you are met with peace and tranquility. A special shoutout to the friendly securities and super responsive and helpful maintenance and cleaning staff.
