Toilets and bathroom basins are a bit outdated. A shower curtain or door would be great for privacy and to avoid water from messing the bathroom floor.

A very spacious ,clean ,comfortable and private modern home with lovely sea views from the covered veranda and to enjoy cool sea breezes. Rainer the owner was excellent in all his communication and ensuring we were satisfied at all times and most welcoming.

Amazing views of the lighthouse and ocean. Stunning bath overlooking weavers making nests in a tree and the ocean. A lovely fireplace to keep us warm during a storm.

We did not like the open shower and loo in second bathroom. People had to walk pst to get to main bedroom and en-suite! Not much room to eat in kitchen/sitting room. It ws too chilly to eat out in evenings.

Good location with views. Very peaceful with sound of waves at night. Plenty of China and cooking pans. Nice area outside building. Owner kept in good contact. Would have been good to know we could leave at later time before we arrived.

The beautiful views and accessibility to the tidal pools, restaurants and lighthouse from Soutbos made for a delightful stay. The lockbox made for easy and convenient access to the key and the detailed address and access code was clearly communicated before our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and facilities. Loadshedding was also catered for with oil lamps and candles and a gas stove with a kettle. Soutbos has the best lighthouse views and scenery of the ocean view is 180 degrees. Beautiful

The rooms we stayed in was not as portrayed on the pics. We viewed the balcony and view but revived the bottom unit. Nothing wrong with it but would be good to see when we booked.

Lovely Seaview and very spacious Big central fireplace in the living area All 3 bedrooms and living area are seafacing OK grocer close by for food supplies and firewood. There is also a complimentary basket of wood provided. Very close to Agulhas Park entrance Good prompt communication from Rainer I had early check in, and late check out option, which I appreciated.

Secure and homely feeling, fantastic ocean and lighthouse views. Communication from owner was tops. House well equipped with everything we needed. Loved being close to the lighthouse, beach and restaurants in Agulhas. Struissbaai was just a few minutes drive away with its harbour, Catchcook restaurant and stingrays attraction. Also the fascinating Kassiesbaai and Arnistion's stunning pebbled and rocky beaches, and the amazing beach cave at Waehuiskrans were just a 30min drive away.

A great place overall but minor issues were the uncomfortable single mattress in 2nd bedroom and the dishwasher was not available for guests.

Spacious apartment, fantastic views, clean and well furnished. Close to the ocean and perfect for going on long walks into the nature reserve.

Smelly, dark, u had to walk through a bedroom to get to the other bedroom … the living room is in the kitchen but the pictures made it look as though they were separate. How the place looks on pictures versus how the place looks in reality, chalk and cheese

Musty odour in the house. No dining table inside. Weird set-up of rooms. You have to walk through one bedroom and bathroom to get to the other bedroom and bathroom. Bad layout. Cramped kitchen area

Main bedroom has no useful cupboard space and no shower. Irritating. You may not use the washing machine or dishwasher. Basin in 2nd shared bathroom leaked profusely. Neither bathroom had any space to put your toiletries, save for the windowsills. Limited usage wifi with a dodgy router that needs constant reset Shared dstv with downstairs unit that requires owner/guests visits to reset We paid for a 6 bedroom unit for predominantly 2 couples for 4 nights. The unit is not serviced. So imagine our surprise when our overnight guests were charged extra. A private invoice, not via the booking site was sent for payment.

Garden needs maintenance and the place needs update

When we booked the place there did not mention that the house has a ground floor and a top floor and I am definitely sure if we saw how the bottom floor looked like we were not going to stay in that house. We were told the house has a sea view. The top part yes there but the bottom one has no sea view. The top view of the house that is in the pictures is beautiful, i don't want to take that away from you But I wish you can be honest with people who are booking and let them know what they are in for if you giving them the bottom floor of the house. It was very hard to even take pictures because of the view.I feel like you were not honest with us ` and i feel betrayed
