Room curtains thin, light from outside could be annoying. Sheets although washed had stains. Had to phone a person to enter and exit property.

I was moved to another guesthouse to another location even though they indicated that the guesthouse was not full at the time of booking. When checking out, the staff were not friendly.

The location was good and the staff were friendly. The car parking was okay and safe as well. The room was farly clean and the water was hot for shower.

The room is too small and the items were squashed. No air-conditioning and the weather was so hot The shower didn't have a door so water was just splashing all over No iron for creased garments provided

I booked online but they were not aware of my booking.they didn't welcome well like informing us about their times even if I saw them online I expected .I was given the room just I didn't like the way they operate.

You must pay to use the kitchen and it's facilities No utensils at all in the room,like glasses and plates No kettle to make tea in the mornings The water for bathing is not hot at all times,u must bath fast before the hot water turns cold in few minutes No wardrobes No generator or solar when there's no electricity

i could hear people from the other room talking and it is not nice to hear sounds from the other rooms as they disturb a lot and could ruin my night if i hear people having sex and it can disturb my sleep

Shower needs door or curtains. Beds are very good. The shower door and curtain rails still have all the packaging. I am 68 years old and because the step to the bathroom did not have a strip to separate it from the floor, I fell into the shower from that step at the entrance. God willing I only got a few blue marks on the back of my legs because I fell on my back. I could have broken a hip. Very noisy. TV remote did not work. The fridge freezes everything. No cutlery. Nothing to make coffee or tea. Not on standard. But a lot of potential for the owner to make it a 4 star

Though the rooms were cleaned everyday and the yard it is well maintained. There were cockroaches, front door not locking, we had share the house with other day stay visitors, we had to buy our own utensils such pots, knives, forks, cups and plates cause the ones were provided were broken. We also had to buy our own toilet paper 🗞️. The other bedroom TV remote was not provided with. Bedrooms blinds in poor state not closing need to replaced

The place was nice , the utensils was nice ,but the rooms were dirty with cockroaches ,pool was empty no water inside.Tv chanels ara so limited.The water was cold during the morning in the shower.The staff was friendly.dont recomend

My stay was booked at Kaste Guesthouse, but was moved to Thulli Teams Accommodation. No hot water in basin, couldn't shower due to doors that don't want to open or close, entry door that, when locked, very hard to open. Battle for 30min to enter facility, when left to visit family, phoned 3 times the number at the gate, without any success, found on web a cellphone number, but the woman was from Nelspruit had to assist by getting somebody to open gate. Would never recommend or stay there again
