Wine glasses don’t match the quality of the accommodation.

Peace and quiet, lovely location with easy travel from JBN. Game drives give you a wonderful taste of the bush, we found all the majors except Mr Leopard.

Could have been a bit better equipped with some minor but helpful things such as kitchen utensils, containers etc. given the isolated location and [anticipated] self-catering. Water pressure across the myriad ensuite bathrooms varied from powerful to dribble, but with two showers per room that was hardly a drama.

Spectacular place to stay for a large group or family within the reserve. Massive entertaining and relaxing areas makes for a great premises to share good times and socialise.

A lovely clen and comfortable property with all the facilities one needs when visiting the bush. Excellent location and saw elephants, kudu, giraffes and buck from the house, every day.

Had 2 cold showers. Had to wait 10mins before any warm water came through to last room. I don't like wasting the water.

Layout and decor suits the African bush. Rooms were fantastic.

Although the game drives were a great benefit at a great rate, we did find that the ranger wasn't as engaging as we've experienced at other locations. We were told that the game drives are about 3 hours long, however every time we went out for a drive, it ended after about 2 hours (max was 2 hours and 15 minutes). We did still manage to see lions, rhino's, giraffe, buffalo, etc. and plenty of pretty scenery around Mjejane! This was really the only thing that was not absolutely excellent - everything else was amazing!

Kierieklapper was nothing short of exceptional! We were looking for a little bit of luxury while taking in beautiful scenes of the bush and our expectations were definitely exceeded. The layout of the house is great and well set up with all you need during your stay, coupled with a great view (we saw elephant, plenty of buck specie's and even 2 lions walking past!). There is more than enough fridges and packing space for your trip. The host and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The owners of the property definitely set up the house and included just about everything you could possibly need to make your stay amazing (ice machine, bar fridges, fire wood, inverters for when there's loadshedding, etc.) We were a family of 10 with two kids and every person commented on how amazing the stay was, from the rooms, to the facilities, to the views and how easily you can access the Malelane or Crocodile Bridge gates to the Kruger. We will definitely return to Kierieklapper and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious trip to the bush.

Shower in the room at the end was either extremely hot or ice cold, but no in between. Other than that it was wonderful.

Nothing not to like its PERFECT

Oh what is not to like??? The layout of the rooms, the host Hartman is on top of his game! I mean even the ice machine is already started on your arrival! Such a wonderful bush experience! Kierieklapper is the best we have stayed in in a long time!

This property is found in the heart of the Mjejane Nature Reserve and is an absolute piece of heaven on earth. The house is absolutely beautiful with bedrooms seperate from common areas, lots of space for large groups to entertain themselves as a group or individually for some quiet time. The pool area looks out onto the bush, with animals roaming by. We had such an incredible time at Kierieklapper and will definitely return!

Absolutely nothing had a fantastic 3 days visit. Place well lit n beautiful fire place.

The lodge is awesome well located. Had a best time of our lives wt my kids n siblings. Looking fabulous inside. Swimming pool wow out of this world. Game drive fantastic!!!! Exceptional built. Will come back n recommend it to our friends who seek well rest n peace.!!
