The rooms are not set up for self catering. You would need to either dine at a off site restaurant or at the facility restaurant. The food is really good, the food and drink options that were available was limited - many out of stocks.

The tranquility of the location, spacing between the guests rooms, entertainment for teenagers was great - a suggestion would be to have volleyball balls on hand for guests to use.

The rooms are a bit cold as it's surrounded by forests. Electric blankets would be a lovely touch.

Our accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The cottages are in a little forest which is very beautiful. Exceeded our expectations for a 3 star.

Rooms need some updating, a bit dusty Bed was very creaky and soft in our room. Door handle loose and didn't close well.

I got a very warm welcome and the staff were nice. Food was good value and the cottage I stayed in was lovely. Pool was cold but I think that's due to the time of year. Would stay here again for sure.

The bed was hard in room 4. I think because it's new and unused. My lord, my poor hips.

Mary who was the restaurant manager I think was my hero app week. The cleaning staff were also very cool and friendly. My internet 🛜 connection was weak in room 2 and assistance was very quick and professional.

We had issues with the hot water in our tent and had to call for assistance twice, but the team reacted quickly. There are minimal braai facilities and little space or availability to make a fire to sit around at night. Having this option would have made the experience so much better.

We stayed in one of the tents - the bed was super comfortable, and the aircon in the room was most welcome and worked perfectly. The meals (breakfast and dinner) were yummy, and the service was great.

Very nice experience in these Glamping tents. The noises at night. It is very close to the gates of the kruger park. The next day we went on a safari with the guides of the hotel. We very much recomend!

The gates close pretty early so if you’re coming from a night adventure, you have to call the local number to let you in. (Resulting in international fees) Maybe there needs to be some sort of tap card for entering the gate after hours.

It was very accessible to Krugar National Park and the Panorama Route! The staff was extremely friendly and the units were clean and comfortable. The water pressure was good comes out nice and hot after waiting a min or 2. Breakfast was a nice perk.
