Hunters lodge was really scary and dark.

We had a nice welcome by the workers and the owner was great. He made sure that we were happy and sorted our accommodation quickly to make sure that we were happy. On Christmas day he was on site and had activities arranged for the people at the lodge. We also enjoyed the animals(Zebras and other antelopes) roaming around.

The only issue we had was someone from the self-tent area use our tent to charge their phone, so they had been in the tent on our bed before we arrived - not a property issue, but perhaps some form of lock system can be used to avoid it.

Our host was extremely friendly and came to greet us shortly after arriving which was lovely. The views of the surrounding mountains were lovely. It was the perfect getaway - peaceful, quiet and even got to see some zebra in the middle of the night.

Family bathrooms was dirty and little far walk for little ones with urgent toilet needs, would suggest tumble dryer of dry buddy for drying clothes with rainy weather nothing really dried properly.

The facilities on the property were slightly run down - there was also limited access regarding the pool table, heated pool…

Tents were spacious and had everything we needed. The little outside patio was perfect to sit and watch the sunset.

Tranquil 🧘‍♀️ 💆‍♀️👌🏽Perfect spot for some well needed relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The safari tent was quite spacious and comfortable, glamping experience 😊A warm welcome by Clint. We swam 🏊‍♀️ and braai'd🍗🥩 We only had one night stay but definitely memorable. A wonderful stay overall☺️👌🏽

As suggestion maybe a desk or something to put your bags on in the rooms. Everything had to lie on the floor.

no fridge, microwave and kettle in our chalet but we had access to the common kitchen not too far from the chalet.

A very tranquil and homely atmosphere … with amazing hosts who felt like family. We had beautiful conversations around the fire until late night surrounded by game and a stunning night sky. Clint is an awesome human with a beautiful and kind heart.

Nothing at all.

The location is in an area I wanted to explore, so really suited me. Their team accommodated my short notice booking and went out of their way to set me up really well. Accommodation was perfect for my needs. Bushveld was magic, as was the overall campsite. I'm definitely returning.

The stay was really good. The staff from arriving to leaving were absolutely brillient. Had a great time. Seeing the animals on the farm was the biggest highlight as well as the game drive.
