The Bookings.com add advertised it as a 3 bedroom unit. There actually aren't any 3 Bedroom units at all. We were a group of 5 and 3 beds would have been ideal. The unit doesn't even have a living room area. Only two rooms with en suite bathrooms and central kitchen.

On booking.com said all units were self catering. Mine wasn’t. They were kind enough to give me a fridge.

Lovely surroundings , comfortable chalets that were clean and had all need amenities. Well, it would better to make the breakfast as bed and breakfast and include it in the price. Just a suggestion as well to consider in future, offer child care play sessions and entertainment to give parents time to connect.

The shower outside was the best experienced. The family enjoyed it and it’s unique.

Relatively close to Hammanskraal so you could hear the city noises when you were outside the room. But inside was fine ☺️

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, love the touch of the outdoor shower. Kitchen was small but had everything you’d need.

Booking - there was a double booking and we had to state numerous times that we didn't want a baby cot. Game drive didn't meet our expectations. Game ranger (Goodman) not very efficient.

The houses were a bit outdated but were clean

Perfect Location in the middle of Dinokeng Game Reserve. The staff was so kind and the game drives were amazing.

Sadly breakfast was a dissaster, things missing, 3 meals finished before the 4th came along, toast only toasted on one side, but to be fair, they did refund some of the cost and offered free coffee. Be carefull if you want to go into the reserve as a self drive, the extra costs not shown in the booking and not the fault of the property was over R800 extra to take the bakkie and 4 people in for the two days, I do think the prices for the accomodation is high considering the age of the property and what the accomodation offers, there are better deals to be had.

The location is very good, the rooms are clean, but very rustic and old, but everything worked and it was comfortable. Resteraunt was cosy and food was good value for money. Staff are friendly and it would seem nothing is too much trouble. There looks to be a lot of changes and upgrades happening or planned and I would go again, but note, it is only due to its locatation to the reserve.

The ladies that clean literally just wipe the floor with the mop, no wiping of basins, toilet, etc. So they can greatly improve there.

Staff was friendly. The facilities are great, kids enjoyed the pool and we also enjoyed the organised activities.

Not much. Liked almost everything. Maybe they need to have a TV in the rooms.

There’s everything you need in the property, from cutlery to pots and dish soaps, all was there. It was worth the money. The property is very neat.

There were big cockroaches in the cottage and overall cleanliness of the kitchen area could have been better.

The staff were very sweet and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Our game drive guide was very friendly and made the whole experience awesome. Check-in and checkout was seamless and they accommodated when we had to change plans last minute.

The place needs an update. The bathrooms don't look so good. They need a revamp. The food was okay and they didn't have much of activities to do besides the pool and game drive
