The tranquillity. Just being away from home. No loud noises. Just absolute peace. All you could hear is nature. Definitely I will be returning back.

Pet friendly , country feel

Wow! My partner and I loved the place. It is cozy and warm as we visited in winter time. The kitchen and lounge area were neat and cosy. We loved the surroundings of beautifully organised trees. The owners were very welcoming and made sure that we had everything that we needed. We felt safe. We will definitely go back.

Excellent location, quiet and secluded. It literally felt like being in a little love nest.

The kitchen facility was a bit of a walk from our chalet - access to a microwave and wine openers etc

Absolutely gorgeous! We fell in love with this place. Very relaxing and breathtaking views.

Upgraded due to the municipal water being off, which was very generous. Property was in very good condition and had all necessities available.

We're from PE, but just wanted to get 'away' for a night. It was absolutely amazing. We felt like we were nice and remote. Our little family had a great time. Hosts were absolutely amazing and welcoming. Thank you Tania and Al.

The ONLY thing we didn't like was that the sofa bed mattress was very thin, but it is understandable for a fold out couch.

Beautiful and clean room with private bathroom surrounded by nature. there was a cute pathway through the bushes with lights that was so cute!! Comfy bed as well and the host was amazing!

This accommodation was a very pleasant surprise! It is tucket away among trees that must have been there for decades which made it feel if one is in the middle of a forest. Because of its location (away from the beach - where we usually stay), we saw, and got to appreciate, a completely different part of Gqebergha that we probably would never have experienced. The reception by Alan was very welcoming. And during our stay, the Tania even asked if she can provide us with a heater, or anything else that we may need. That was very kind of Tania in my opinion. All I can say is: stay at L'auberge - you will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed the peaceful forest like feel with modern finishes. The room has a very comfortable bed, a double shower and the rusks for morning coffee was a yummy surprise ... the photos on the website are accurate but when you get there its a million times better ... the quiet forest atmosphere makes relaxing so easy ... if you need to escape the city stress and forget about life for a while this is definitely the place to stay ... waking up to hear birds singing and seeing the soothing green of the trees is a true delight ... brilliant value for money ... we will definitely be returning here and have already started referring them to my family ... our expectations were far far far exceeded ...

I absolutely liked everything that Lauberge had to offer us. The bush environment was exceptional, clean and safe. We really enjoyed the real contact with nature, the tranquil and birds singing. Tania was amazing with her warm attitude, friendly smile and exceptional customer service.

Room was very small.

Lovely setting with a wonderful host. From special added surprises in the ice bucket to a sweet treat for our daughter. Even the fairies came to visit and completed our daughters squirrel 🐿️ trap. Wink wink
