Unsecured parking as the property is not fenced, I feared for my vehicle

Its ideal for an overnight but doesnt not have it's own self catering kitchen for the price or a kettle & a braai area compared to other places for the same or a little less price.

Was given keys upon arrival and didn't see any staff ever, even after leaving the place around 10.15 am.

In the morning there was no water when ask the staff members they said the water was closed on their side we asked for it to be switched on they did but we experienced no water again upon asking them they said they were still filling for themselves

No parking u park out side and the double bed is not enough for two people.

The lady who was having the reservation cellphone doesn't know how to answer that phone. She answers and keeps quiet. Now I have to guess if she is listening and after I spoke that I need her to open the gate for me, that's when she started talking. I called that number three times through our stay, and the treatment was the same. She should understand that's a work phone, not her personal phone. Answering has to be professional at all times.

After hour staff availability. Phoned more than three times and there was no answer on the phone provided neither a call return. No kettle provided in the room. You have to to the kitchen to boil water

There was no mirror in my room except for a very tiny circle mirror in the bathroom that’s not really functional… I was attending an event in the area, couldn’t do makeup or hair using that plate size, high up placed mirror in the bathroom that’s. Asked staff if they had a spare mirror to use, they didn’t have and had to drive out to the shops to buy myself a mirror, long enough to see myself before walking out. Also important to note, only this room didn’t have a functional mirror, the other rooms did have. Beside this mirror inconvenience and the Saturday guests who were making noise past midnight and already playing loud music on Sunday morning (7am), all was good.

I was a bit sceptical about parking my vehicle outside with no real security or walls/ fences around the property.

That other guests would come and stand infront of the sliding door. Wr were given one towel for the whole weekend. The bed could use a new mattress. The kettle doesn't have a plug point. The couch was uncomfortable if sat on for too long.. Housekeeping should have a uniform. The picture of your pool is deceiving. It is quiet difficult to find your place in the evening.. Need bigger sign.

Staff is not available when needed. Had to look around when I needed assistance. The lady who is your receptionist or the lady who answers the phone is not friendly. She gets irritated very easily. Beds are not comfortable they very hard. Your TV network is very bad.

Quietness and easily accessible. The place is neat and clean. The only lady who was very accommodative and very welcoming was the lady who assisted us with making payments and showed us around the place.

Kitchen utensils in the drawers were all quite dirty . This property is very close to the main road and whilst the house seems rather secure given there are security gates there isn’t any main gate when you drive in which I was particularly comfortable with but otherwise everything else was pretty good .

It was easy to find , staff were all very helpful and polite. Room was spacious and clean and despite reading many reviews about the bed not being comfortable , we personally felt the bed was very comfy
