Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A little table in the rooms, especially the 5 sleeper room will assist a lot as it's hard to have a descent lunch and end up eating while seated on the bed.

One room Aircon was not working. Put charging points. The other room basin taps are not stable.
My room was clean and Aircon working. Enjoyed my sleep.

Please make sure the is a dish wash and atleast 2 plates, 2 glasses, and cutlery for 2. It would also be nice to have " Doom" in he room as the area is hot and has lots of mosquitoes.
Place was lovely and clean. The staff was friendly.

We did not have hot water for bathing during our stay. The AC in our one room leaked water all over the table all night. One room said it would have 5 single beds but had only 3 single beds and 1 double. We did not have soap for washing hands in the bathrooms. No tea provided as an option. Some plugs in the room did not work properly so we had to unplug the fridge to charge our phones overnight.
We enjoyed how clean it was. It was close to Pilanesberg. Rooms were near each other and clean. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Coffee, kettle and fridge provided. We felt secure. Staff was up early to let us out on time.

The noisy group who were our neighbors, maybe next time separate family visitor from groups of friends etc. Sunday they made us wait as someone had to go to the shops to buy groceries to make breakfast of which they could have done that earlier.
The place was clean and decent, the staff was friendly as well. The facilities were also good for the value paid.

Tjoo noise noise noise.... It's a house and we share it with other guest and I was fine with it until other guest arrive tjoo they were making noise knocking on our door trying to open it by force.... They were acting like they are the only people there and I tried calling the host but there was no network... We didn't sleep the whole night

The dstv remote was not working and towels they could do with little bit of staysoft

Water pressure was very low/weak. On the quotation request Breakfast seemed to form part of the package, but surprised in the morning when it was said needed to pay R80 per person
The inside of the room was quiet good & cleanliness quiet cool.

Unfortunitly the room(s) we booked didn't have toilet paper when we arrived. Luckily we had our own - so do ask for rolls...

We had a few issues but our host dealt with them efficiently and effectively.
Really loved the neatly finished spacious apartments and the shower especially. The host and staff were very kind and accommodating. It would be great if you could update your photo's as your new apartments are looking very good.
