The manner in which the manager handles issues is very disturbing. Initially offered complimentary breakfast but cancelled due to miscommunication. He did not reason with my colleague and displayed rudeness to her. My team left rather disappointed.

The location was perfect for us. The ambience of property is really good and property. neat and clean. Initially we didn't get what we booked for but the owner went of of the way to upgrade our rooms. We were really pleased. The stay was good. Would like to commend the main female staff member who is extremely pleasant and accomodating.

The room had a sink with a cupboard but there is no kettle, cutlery or crockery in the rooms. Bathroom wasn't completely clean. A tip ask to know what they offer for breakfast and the cost because we got the shock of our lives and not in a good way!

The room was reasonably spacious and the staff was helpful. Great pool area.

The owners were very helpful with all I needed, including arranging a generator during loadshedding so that I could continue with a scheduled Zoom meeting, and letting me keep my car in their safe parking after I’d checked out. Their staff are also friendly and the dinner was delicious.

We had to wait outside, hoot and phone we felt unsafe it was too dark. Linen was very dirty with bad unhygienic stains. The bathroom was dirty to be honest the room was not cleaned after the previous guest checked out, water all over in the bathroom. Big cockroache in room, mosquitoes worse. They aware of the mosquito problem but the the windows were left wide open.

To always go th the kitchen like to ask a simple thing like a knife,spoon or plate. I know most people do steal them but to put 2 each inside the room can be great

Their telephone number only is never get picked up. Needed to inform that our check in will be after 21:00. This message could not be delivered, which caused us and some guest to hooter at the gate for some time. The staff from did apopogise, as they informed their rooms are far from the gate. Such establishment need a security guard whom their station should be close to the gate for such matters. This establishment does not have one. No back up power during loadshedding. There was no water when we woke up in the morning, both water and electricity was functional around past 09:00. No back up assistance for water cut or warming up water to bath even if it was in a plastic basin. This messed up our travelling plans as we had planned to be on the road early in the morning. With the above stated would not recommend Limpetse Lodge to anyone. Ms. Motlalekgomo Tshalane From Gauteng.

Firstly the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the entire place was super clean and nice. I must say I loved the garden more, totally gorgeous and of course our room was just beautiful. It's a pity we didnt have enough time but Keep up the great work 🙏♥️
