It is on the higher end of the price ranges in Stellenbosch but you get what you pay for

very friendly staff, a very chic and unique property It features a small pool which was lovely dip feet in or to sit next to and work - they even provided an extension lead to power my laptop. Complientary wine - yes that's right!!!. Stayed in one of the garden rooms - very cosy and lovely Certainly stay there again next time

Absolutely nothing not to like!

Margie and her team are outstanding hosts, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to great restaurants. The breakfast? Absolutely five-star! And the coffee—hands down the best in town! We truly appreciated the convenient access to drinks and snacks. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning for another visit!

Life and Leisure was very welcoming and accommodating. A beautiful unique place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food and drink offerings were out of this world!! The staff were polite and courteous.

What a beautiful little Oasis in the Town of Stellenbosch The room was large and had its own private outside seating area. The pool area is beautiful with a choice of loungers of small tables. The dining room is well equipped with complimentary cakes and a great coffee machine. The breakfast is vast and fresh. I loved the honesty bar with a wide selection of all types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Margie is a wonderful, friendly owner and her staff are all so kind and helpful. Shout out to Triza and Jolie xx

What a wonderful find. Unbelievable staff. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The location was excellent and you can walk straight into town. Parking available was a plus. Such beautiful attention to detail and very classy. Highly recommend. Thanks so much Margie and staff !

The rooms could use some modernization. Adding mosquito protection would be great, as mosquitoes caused some sleepless nights. A few power outlets didn’t work. At the pool, 1-2 more loungers instead of a table would allow everyone to relax more comfortably.

Margie was the perfect host—highly attentive and incredibly hospitable. Her “community” concept works brilliantly; we met wonderful people and exchanged recommendations. The service from all staff members is outstanding. Communication was fast and seamless via WhatsApp. Highly recommended!
