BotswanaAfter 1st night, they took bedding and towels and didn't replace them, and we arrived late with no one to assist on the matter, I informed the staff the next day though, and they apologised.
The location was excellent, not far from town. The security was top notch, the night guard at the gate was very friendly and helpful. Generally the staff was professional and helpful.

It's a good place when you are travelling with children and want a self catering setup. We were able to cook our meals and enjoy with our family. They really paid attention to detail. We appreciated that there was complimentary personal care items provided. The filter water dispenser was a bonus. South AfricaThe blinds for entrance door did not close properly, you can see through from outside and the cars light through, so we asked for a sheet to hang and cover it. Only 1 bathroom for a 6 sleeper, 2 bedrooms upstairs with no bathroom or a toilet at least.. Day visitors seem to stay as long as they want, noise and the loud music play past midnight on Saturdays but Fridays play until 10pm at least.
The place was clean with a beautiful, well kept garden.

South AfricaThe worst thing about the place is the Chinese guy called William. He is the menace to that place. He rudely speaks to his staff in front of guests which is very uncomfortable. I don't even know what position he holds but he must know, if he continues with that kind of attitude he will not last in South Africa. I figured he doesn't even speak English well and he just screams at everyone. William, respect is both ways, you might be paying those people salaries but they do a better job to keep the place running and you need to start showing some respect. I had an encounter with you in one of the days where you screamed at us in front of day visitors about tags which we were wearing. I need an apology from you or I will report you to the Minister of Tourism even the ombuds for your behaviour. Hope you have your papers sorted because clearly you are not a South African. We have human rights in South Africa
I was there to celebrate my friend's birthday, booked for the 6 of us for 1 night. We enjoyed ourselves the 1st night that we even added 2 extra days. The frontline staff were great, Chante and he frontdesk team , the kitchen staff willing to share the kitchen with us as our unit did not have a stove and we also made great friends during the stay. Amo the manager was also great.

South AfricaWe had a few problems with how William(the manager) spoke to the staff in our presence and to us as guests. There should be special parking for guests who are sleeping at the park. We had to park very far from the when we arrived due to day visitors parked in front of our rooms
The rooms were very spacious, but the positioning of the tv in room 2 was not okay. The man that cleaned the pool was exceptional, he has excellent people's skills. Kagiso the receptionist was very helpful when one of the guests had an injury
