Very poor wifi signal but i understand that it was the location. Also main bedroom did not have a private bathroom. Also keys should be on the bedroom doors , privacy matters .

Friendly staff and the place was clean. I like the fact that they had dish washing liquid and a sponge to wash . Some places dont provide this . Its the little things that count.

The parking spaces were very tight. The road to get there was unpaved. There was no wifi provided. No down time so people can party all night

No aircon, no wifi, toilet bin, and microwave were not cleaned out and dishwashing soap was over diluted. It was no different to washing dishes with only water and dstv was not working. Besides that, it is a great relaxing place that the family will enjoy.

The location and view is great and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Check in was at 3pm - we got there at 3.15 and our room was not ready. We were tired from the travel and had to wait another 20minutes. The front desk receptionist was not very friendly and didn't explain exactly why we had to wait. We also experienced an issue were the pillow case covers in the lounge were dirty and had big stains of what we hope was just spilled cream or yoghurt and nothing else - the next day we told the cleaner who changed the covers.

The pool was amazing and the rooms were neat and modern. The janitor Junior and the hosts were very pleasant. Overall we had a good stay here and will return.

The bathroom in room number 34 gave us hard times when the water lost control to the drain, we had to mop the room to the main door. The bathroom was an open space with no door in the shower.

Everything was well and I liked the accommodation and the service was superb 👌

I was very upset I do arrangement that my check in time will be 15:00 and I do call a day before confirming about every thing even the check in time but when I there at 15:10 the room is not ready its take 1hour staying at the reception waiting for the room. The guy took us to the room at 16:15 imagin from 15:10 ..

Unfortunately no aircons, but multiple powerful ceiling fans.

Both units were thoughtfully fitted and designed. The units had excellent facilities and finishings. The property provided ample entertainment, especially for kids, which my family and I enjoyed.

The fact that I booked 3units well in advance, I didn't get them next to each other. 1 unit was away which made it difficult for meal times as we planned to have our meals together.

Lodge Azure was so neat, with beautiful gardens and spotless rooms! We were so pleased to walk into such comfortable rooms especially since we got in way later than expected the evening of our arrival. The next day I was pleasantly surprised to find our rooms were cleaned and towels replaced when we were out for the day. Lodge Azure team is on top of everything and so pleasant🤩 thank you for a memorable stay, we will be back!!🤩
