Lighting needs to be fixed upstairs. Book collection was more for decoration only.

The setting is magnificent. Rooms are spacious. Spent hours playing Monopoly and billiard. BBQ and jacuzzi almost every day. Deer and monkeys visit the garden.

House needs a little tlc, gas stove not completely working, screeding coming lose in areas, Lights in house need a reconfiguration , fireplace not operational and no golf cart(all smallish details but if you going to pay the price you would expect it)

we like everything about the place

firstly, the location is very nice if you're an outdoor person. its private good for family and couples. the house is huge with sitting room bigger. it good for relaxing and having fun. My kids enjoyed every moment. the facility offers everything you need for a family vacation. we loved it and we are going back summer.

We experienced quite a lot of power outages, where the power would go on and off continuously throughout the day. But that wasn’t solely happening to our house alone, it was happening to the whole of Zebula so I couldn’t exactly say it was a fault of the house or the owner.

I really loved everything about the house, from how welcoming the lounge and chilling area is to the jacuzzi and the pool. I really loved the rooms as well, they were very cozy and the best were very comfortable!

I personally didn't like the entrance fee of R150 which I think as residents we should not have paid on it was supposed to be included in our booking.

I've like the environment and the children enjoyed everything and also our family friends appreciate d the outing.

The home is a gem in the bush. We will definitely look at returning in the future. The housekeeper was incredibly helpful and accomodating. The host was exceptional and provided regular updates.

Electricity was a challenge. We found ourselves enter the property whilst it was dark and outside of load shedding schedule. Woke up to no electricity on Saturday, also outside of load shedding electricity. Appreciate this is outside of the owners control - perhaps consideration can be given for a generator.

low water pressure in shower and it took long to get hot. No pizza spade for pizzeria, oven took long to get hot. No wood for boma. Fireplace wasn’t working, hope it works in June when I return.

the jacuzzi, pool deck area. it was very lovely. spacious yard, Patricia the housekeeper was an absolute gem. Warm comfy home. Kids loved it. The bed was comfy I had such a good sleep. Boma area was nice too. Many rechargeable lights for loadshedding.

Load shedding was a mess- Stage 6 was 4 hours long so we lost out on alot of time due to that. A Generator could have gone a long way in alleviating that pain but its not critical

The power outages around Zebula. Nothing to do with the house, but the area was faulty during our stay, which really affected our stay a lot as we spent 12+ hours without stable power.. The host was there to give updates. Besides that, the house has nothing wrong for me to say about.

The view all around the house is exceptional. The host is just always a text away when you need her. Really reassuring in times of need. One of the best places I've ever visited. I feel like I cheated coz I paid wat too little for what we got.
