The whole guest house use 1 kettle, there was no tea or coffee in the kitchen, it was very cold at night and there were no extra blankets

The road from the main road to the place is a mess, again the guy was working alone there so we had to wait hour for a breakfast ...our beds were not made n rooms not cleaned after our first night because there's no one to change sheets. The guy was alone. So the money didn't worth that kind of service. There was no tea or coffee suchets for us in the rooms...we never drank any tea , the breakfast was not fresh.

The only thing I liked was the guy by the name of Joseph who is a receptionist, cleaner, chef n everything because he's handling the place alone. He tried his best

The breakfast does not comply with the price. Having one staff member doing everything and that the rooms are not cleaned while you are there. The room are only cleaned before and after you left, not during your stay

It is beautiful and easy to find. Nice location and the fact that they allowed us to stay although we booked a different location. They did not give us hard time although booking was mixed up because of late confirmation from booking.com

Our TV was not working and the internet was on and off.

The couch was uncomfortable and there was no general dustbin in the house. And importantly there was no bathroom door which is right next to the lounge which is very awkward even if you be couples.

The breakfast was not at all nice, there wasn't any variety and we were not asked what we were allergic of. The breakfast was a total killer mood. E didn't have side tables or pedestals in the bedroom, we didn't know where to put our stuff

Their wifi is poor and the are using smart TV for Netflix, dstv, YouTube etc. I was booked at room 1 it was not connecting

Bath room could do with a makeover.

The breakfast was perfect sustenance to start the day. Location is ideal for the truly rural African experience. Never felt safer like we did. Amazed at the safety at the lodge and in Thohoyandou. Our host Joseph was always at hand and is truly a remarkable man. It was a unique and safe cultural experience in Venda from affordable and comfortable accomodation.

The location. There’s no clear signs and it’s between residential buildings. We got lost a couple of times. Breakfast didn’t have juice

Breakfast- I'd suggest that you rather exclude Breakfast or try to improve the standard. Perhaps look at other places that serve Breakfast and compare.

Directions are incorrect and dont have your own keys to the gate.

The yard was beautiful,clean and felt safe at all times. The room was very spacious,clean,had free wifi,air conditioner to keep the room warm when needed and cool when necessary. Mr. Soza was the best assistant throughout my stay,he always answered his phone when i needed help, the breakfast was lovely and he always checked up on me. He was spectacular!

The place is very hard to find, google maps could not assist. we had to ask around. We had to leave early, we therefore requested takeaways, we were disappointed with what was packed, 2 slice of bread, omelette and one vianna. The kitchen did not have plates, cups/ mugs, kitchen towels.

There was only a bathtub (that seemed very old) option for bathing. The breakfast really needs improvement.
