The shower head was leaking, the could not provide us with an ironing board, they said it is broken. The airconditioner is only in the bedroom and none on the living area and the location is extremely hot.

That it is like home. It has all the equipment and essentials to make you feel at home. The host Koketso was always available whoever we needed anything.

Remember to close the gate via remote, it does not close automatically. The TV requires your own netflix login details, I guess a number of establishments are doing so these days. If one does not have a persona account for the smart TV, it would be an unpleasant experience. Please consider a property account.

Masana is a selfcatering facility. The gas stove works wonders. All the utensils, pots, pans, types of glasses and plates were new, stylish and clean. Microwave and fridge were in great condition, cleaned and well kept. The property is very secure and there are only few apartments, therefore the sense of security is noted. Plenty of parking. Bedding was refreshed each day.

My stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully set up for comfort. The bed was super comfortable with soft, high-quality bedding and towels. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the reception team was professional and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for more—highly recommend!

The cleanliness of the place needs some attending to, there was alot of dust on the furniture.

I am grateful to chose Masana at Homely for relaxation. The place is quiet and it is the second home of peace. The owner is always at hand and hospitable. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. Keep it up management 👏 👍 👌

The facility is huge. The 100% Egyptian cotton and comfortable bed made our stay much more comfortable. The unit is equipped with backup power supply ...fully equipped kitchen with the modern gadgets. They also have ample space sheltered parking with remote controlled gate.

Our host Ms Makgadi was very friendly and welcoming. We called her and requested an early check-in, she kindly assisted with self check-in, she sent us combination code to gain access to the facility. Great stuff.

Poor lighting. Budget conversion from single garage. No plug in bathroom basin, no cover over drain in shower. No shower door/curtain. Only one bedside table, no bedside lamps. It was not the unit we booked and paid for and we were not advised.

Shower door not closing properly Bathroom mats not clean No cooking utensils, pots and pans, knives etc. for a self catering establishment Geyser was switched off and we were not informed, had to take cold showers on day 2 No coffee No shower gel No code was supplied for keys lock box as mentioned Water pressure for the toilet was poor, did not flush properly. Cleared after a few flushes It needs more care in terms of finishing touches as it looks like it's a newly build place.
