South AfricaThere is no bar fridge in the room. There was no aircon as it was cold. However, there were additional blankets. There are no charging points besides the same plug for TV and dstv. TV didn't play most of the time due to no signal. There is only one light in the room, one lamp with a fan on top. The parking had mould and water dripping.
The hotel is close to a shopping complex. The room was clean and beautiful. The shower was big enough, and the water pressure was good. The internet was working fine. The food was good.

South AfricaThe street outside leaves a lot to be desired, there’s no bar fridge and microwave in the rooms. The mouldy and wet undercover parking just gives a wrong impression and that theres no one to provide security leaves one feeling uneasy. The rate you charge there should be at least complimentary breakfast. The reception closes at night and they dont open early, so if you need assistance you find yourself in a predicament.
The beds are comfortable, and they have electric blankets which can save your life in the cold. The rooms are sized adequately and the shower is sizeable, they even put those little soaps and shower gels which was lovely…..quite clean I loved that. There are extra blankets as well. The staf is friendly and they try to assist as they can
