The facilities are clean on first glance but when you zoom in you find that the is dust on the door frames, the bedsheet in our room was turned inside out and the continental pillows had smudging on it. The shower drain in room 5 clogs and takes a while to drain the water. The doors make a lot of noise.

The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful ,patient and attentive. The place is beautiful and peaceful.

The sheets were dirty and they tried to clean with a wet cloth. I had to ask to change the bedding. The reception staff were very noisy and we could not sleep until later.

The bed sheets were stained prior to our visit. There were no present glasses or plates in rooms. The service for waiting to go to our rooms was lengthy and should've been done prior to our arrival.

The area was pleasent and safe and easy to reach. The access to stores was great and the staff were incredibly friendly too.

The room had a window facing out to the dinning area which is very inconvenient and lack of planning from the guest house. Because the place is busy through the day and night, people booking for an hour and leaving. So it's very noisy from the ins and outs, and staff too is always making noise, you can't get peace of mind. Secondly the aircons did not work, they had to call out the technician the following day to come fix them after i complained that it was extremely cold and i had a terrible flu unfortunately on the trip.

The bathroom was nice. Very modern look on the place itself. Good wifi

I perceived a lack of proper training especially with the lady who welcomed me at the property. She asked if I had booked. I told her yes and she took the phone to confirm. She took much longer than was needed to go through confirmation. Her feedback really irritated me. She giggled and asked do you know what room did you book? Her gesture indicated that I a bit of a fool to have booked that particular room. I asked to see the room. And it was lovely ,the only challenge was common bathroom. I ended up occupying another room. I did find it strange that the staff is not allowed to tell their name.

No dining room so breakfast is brought to your room, no condiments served with breakfast, no table in room to eat on. Had to ask for a kettle, no bath mat for the shower so floor gets wet and tiles are slippery. A bath mat was given after asking for it, had to ask for toilet paper at reception, room was not serviced on the second day, bottled water not replenished.

I didn't like that our room was to clustered we couldn't move around the same time the both of us. When we got up in the morning getting ready to check out there was no water in the shower for us to shower.
