Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaI didn't like the fact that there was noise and someone kept using the toilet and not flushing afterwards, they just live their waste floating. They should just keep the house to themselves and not run a business, they're aren't ready. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wished I could get my money back the minute I walked in.

South AfricaWe had advised that we would be pulling through late due to bad weather and us travelling from another province. We were met by an extremely rude host who then advised our booking was only for one person. Instead of be courteous and advise this sincerely, he further got rude with us and when we requested a refund, he said he wouldn’t refund us as we arrived in the wee hours of the morning. I will never recommend this venue. And hope that those who have stayed have better experiences than the one my partner and I did

South AfricaUpon arriving, we were greeted with loud sounds of a baby crying and banging sounds. in terms of the place, the description did not state that the place was at somebody’s family house with the all family members still being present thus our privacy was invaded.
The location was close to the place that I wanted to go to, which was quite convenient.
