We love the kind of chalets in the bush, the sound of the nearby lions and the free roaming animals. Was already pur second time staying there, we will come back.

the food was limited.and, by SA standards; meagre. no WiFi in the rooms we expected, but hardly any connection in the lodge either. a fridge in the rooms would have been nice.

the cottages were lovely, stylish, and comfy herbivores came almost to the door we saw malibu storks, vultures, jackal, all manner of antelope, zebra,warthog, monkeys plentiful hot water and comfy beds

There was miscommunication in payment channels which soured our experience. The booking was made on booking.com but the establishment requested a deposit and we were subsequently charged the full amount by booking.com. The refund process to correct the overcharge is inconvenient and protracted.

The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and the dinners very much. The rooms were comfortable and we had good interaction with nature and animals. The lounge was great.

There needs to be a stricter control on noisy guests. There was a family playing and watching ticktock during meals, having video calls & playing music in the main viewing area, etc

Windows of the unit were all locked. We experienced very hot weather and would have liked the cool night air and sounds of the bush in the unit. We understand that there is a problem with monkeys entering through the windows, but keys could be made available to guests. Variety of game is limited.

Meal service was excellent, and the bonus of meeting the chef was that breakfast was catered to each individual guest's request. Outside seating at unit was comfortable and gave the opportunity to enjoy the bush.

In hot summer months I would miss a splash pool or outside shower.

Great staff and meals. One totally gets the bush feeling. Ample activities offered. Very reasonable pricing for excellent services. Dinner was an absolute highlight.

Pre-trip communication could have been a little bit better.

Helpful attentive staff, pleasant authentic grounds in a forest next to wildlife and with plenty to do. We could hear lions roaring and monkeys playing, couldn’t ask for more!

Staff were excellent, very helpful and informative. They made us feel very welcome. Lovely setting. Food was excellent. We wished we could have stayed longer but had already organised our itinerary for next 3 weeks driving around kruger national park. We would recommend Moholoholo to anyone who wanted an introduction to safari life.

The room could use a little attention. The kettle wasn't working, and the hairdryer didn't have the correct adapter so I couldn't use it.

One outside door didn't open, due to baboon damage. And the concrete dips in the access road do not take low clearance vehicles into consideration.

The rooms are in serious need of maintenance. Huge cracks in the walls. Not sure if it is because of subsidence or just bad construction. It can also do with a fresh coat of paint. Maybe they can approach a cell phone service provider to put up an amplifier to improve the reception in the rooms.

It is a beautiful setting, just a pity that there is no cell phone service in the rooms. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathroom is absolutely stunning. The bed was nice and big. The room was tidy and clean.
