Booking.com messing up regarding breakfast. Shower couldn't be used due to very low pressure

The way they check if there is any breakage they only check us black other whites family did not check them I was not happy at all

The kitchen was far from us and it was raining. Secondly we had couples and the rooms was for individuals as a result it was not comfortable.

Chalets are not well equipped, no salad bowl, no braai casserole, hand wash container was empty in bathroom.

I enjoyed the clean rooms, quite environment to unwind and the game drive on the ranch was educational for the whole family and our host was really friendly and helpful. Our kitchen had all we needed and also the communal braai area was good as we were given firewood and the communal kitchen had all the other extras we needed. The kids had fun at the pool area and also around the game ranch, we ended up booking an extra night.Bring board games and connect with your friends or family in this wonderful place.

The place was nice, but the place needs to be cleaned and fumigated, and all the spider houses/webbs need to be removed.In the main bedroom and other bedroom in the walls and the ceiling, I did not sleep a wink as I was worried the little spores were going to pop open and millions of spiders would get on me. Like a horro movie.

Die stort kop werk nie lekker nie en het nie goeie straal om darem lekker te stort nie. Het gevoel asof ons 'n tafeltjie in die kombuisie in die huis wou hê. Die dubble bed matras is deur gelê, maar kussings lekker.

No communication from the host , We paid a room with breakfast but we didn't receive any breakfast.We were supposed to go for a booked 3pm game drive but when we get at reception around 2:35 they were not there , we phoned them they said we will go to game drive between 3:30 and 4:00pm then after 2 minutes they phoned me , they said their game drive car doesn't want to start so they canceled it . The water from the Shower doesn't have pressure. The mattress is not comfortable.

The place is nice and quiet, the Boma and braai place was Perfect 👌 .

Mattress op beds and the kitchen appliances can be upgraded and in better conditions...and staff can at least change the inside bin and clean our braai outside without charging.

1. Last minute WhatsApp asked for a R500 breakage deposit - for a COMMUNAL kitchen. 2. Was ELECTROCUTED when I used tap in communal kitchen. 3. Walls between accommodation units are extremely thin. I don't need to elaborate about noise at 2 am. 4. All gates seem to be locked at first glance, however BOTH GATES ARE LEFT OPEN day and night. 5. Bed had a very old, basic foam mattress. EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHT.
