We arrived quite late, and the music was so loud from the people who had hired the venue for the day, I think. The rooms have an eco, and you could hear the guys talking next door, plus hear the music as well. There was no hot water at the time, but the staff did apologise for that, and the plugs for the bed lamps did not work; the microwave was working, but taking too long to warm the food.

We did not book an option with breakfast as we meant to leave very early. The room was nice and very clean, and cosy! Beds are so comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.

Great place, relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean but the self catering 2 sleeprs could do with a stove and cutlery. The biggest problem is that there is a low power supply in the rooms, everything works slowly. Expect cold water if there's a lot of guests, otherwise there's always hot water. Overall a good place to stay.

Internet can be sketchy when there are power cuts but still better than most places in mahikeng. I would have liked slightly more kitchen equipment (cheese grater, sharp knife). There is some road noise but it's not intrusive. There is a hand shower but no standing shower.

Wonderfuly responsive staff. Loved the pool and the grass and the cool thatch roof. Really enjoyed that it was serviced every day. Clean and lovely. Really the best value for money in mahikeng. Important to note: this property has a borehole so if there are powercuts you just need to ask the staff to switch to the reserve tank, there is ALWAYS water. There is a large corner bath. Very close to town yet out of the busyness.

There was no table & microwave so we had a bit of difficulty when we wanted to eat but it was no biggy and didn't ruin the experience for us.

I loved that Room was clean, neat and cosy. The land scape was breath-taking (I love nature) and very clean....Sadly it was raining so we couldn't go outside. The staff was super friendly, immediately recognized my voice after talking to her on the phone when she was confirming our arrival.

The location is bit far and the road is bad after main road to the accommodation. Lack of security at the gate, had to open the gate manually myself. Cellphone and WiFi connectivity is very bad No microwave in the room The place looked like it lacked maintenance outside

The staff at Monakaladi Gardens were incredibly welcoming and professional. The place is spotlessly clean and quiet, and its location is convenient, being close to the main road and shops. The staff are friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider returning.
