It is far in on the dirt road. The spa services ends at 15:00 and the game drive at 16:00. If you are there for a sports event, you only arrive at the lodge at 17:00.

The food was exceptional good. The room was comfortable. Could’ve done with a kettle in the room.

We would have benefited with a better explanation and run through of the property and the services offered as we weren’t sure what was available.

However, there were a few drawbacks. The road leading to the place was not in the best condition, making the journey challenging. Additionally, I was unsure whether the rooms were cleaned daily, as the sheets were noticeably dirty. Given that the linen was white, the stains were quite visible, which was disappointing. Cleanliness is an important part of a comfortable stay, which needs improvement. Overall, while I enjoyed the hospitality and the dining experience, I do hope the management addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues. With a little attention to detail, this place could be an excellent getaway destination!

The cleaning stuff doesn't clean rooms there were a lot of spiderwebs. The gravel road is very long not suitable for car even in the premises the gravel is too sandy and slippery.

Their website claims that they have a Spa. That's a misrepresentation as they do not. They arrange for a therapist to come on-site and provide treatments in your chalet. I chose the establishment because the website states that they have a Spa. They also have a picture of a couple having a massage on their website. That was misleading. There is also the matter of the 18 kilometers gravel road, when one gets off the Modimolle main road. Lucky for us we were using a 4 X 4 on the day. Otherwise the 18 kilometers gravel road at night was going to be very unpleasant. It is driveable by Sedan. But, it is worth mentioning. Because it is quite bumpy.

The establishment is superb ! The tranquility was a welcome relief. To watch wild animals grazing next to our chalet was amazing. The pool at the foot of the hill, next to the bar, was such a vibe.

Lower the price of game drives for groups since we were 9 people the cost was too expensive which meant that it could only be done once. It took away the bush veld experience.

The accommodation and facilities. The restaurant and breakfast. The game drive in the rain. The lions and game viewed. The friendly staff. the proximity of the amenities to accommodation. The drive into the lodge which enhanced the game experience of the bush.

Every thing was more than perfect, but the staff really blew my socks off. How early they start until working late hours, everyone with a smile on their faces, always willing to accommodate the guests. Well done, i would like to book my next 1 week in Dec2025

The rain made it impossible to experience the cave dining. They need to add more experiences as they are currently very limited.

Some a la carte items were not available. Insect control is very low. In summer, too many bugs and flying insects are seen in the unit, and in the morning, they're dead all over the floor

The game drive with Steve was well planned and the clay pigeon shooting was epic
