Make alternatives for guests arriving when there is no electricity, TV in all rooms and the road to the destination is off.

The restaurant was amazing, I had both dinner and breakfast. I swear the chef knows what they are doing. Great service from the ladies and the bar man. I would highly recommend this place. Excellent service overall.

There was a few small things that were missing. Matches to light our fires. Staff did not resupply coffee sachets and hot chocolate.

The view was great.The unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable and big , we had to share. Staff were very friendly.

The receptionist was very welcoming and give full information and took us to our place. The room was clean, spacious and enough extra blankets. the dining room staff was friendly and good meals were served at reasonable prices.

Eggs they need to get better at eggs Room we were in unit 3 6 x sleeper outside room very cold. No curtain on door. Should have a heater or electric blankets

The chalets are spacious, absolutely neat, fantastic views from every room, fully and newly equipped items, both indoor and outdoor, facilities are great, staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful, always with a greeting and a smile. Chalets are warm for the winter and ample firewood, which they even come and start for you if you prefer. We were even allowed to check in a bit early, with no need to ask. High recommend for a family stay. Even close to Royal National Park entrance. Chalets are spread far enough, to not notice your neighbours.

The (bedroom) front door had no curtain.

Very friendly personel, good restaurant, nice swimming pool (though a bit cold). The resort is situated at the foot of the Amphi theatre (Drakensbergen) near the (east) entrance of the Royal Natal National park. For the Sentinel hike, it takes a 2h drive to arrive at the carpark to take the shuttle.

The dorm rooms have a communal kitchen which I understand.... But it would be great if the rooms itself could atleast have a kettle for late night hot drinks in winter.... It was tooooooo cold to consider walking to the kitchen if u just needed that hot cuppa. I personally feel that an indoor heated pool is needed for resorts in the bergs considering how cold winter is. And Abit more facilities for kids would be great too. I can't see myself staying for a full week without the kids being bored...

Absolutely Loved the scenery We booked a dorm room and selected FULL beds... Turned out to be King sized beds and we were really impressed at how comfy these rooms are. Staff were friendly and the place was well maintained.

The road to the venue was shocking. Potholes and washed away in sections. We were placed in the lowest part of the property with the mountains partially obscured by trees. The mountains were what we were there to enjoy. Insufficient information regarding Wifi, how to start the gasfire. One could access info if you had a scanner on one's phone - i did not.

Nothing everything was PERFECT!

Everything was perfect from the time we got there till the day we left... what exceptional service we got, to the cleaning facilities, the food delivery, and the presentation of the food (chefs kiss) the receptionists were extremely friendly beautiful souls inside out, the guys that helped with the hot tub and our inside fire place, the ladies that cleaned the place absolutely lovely people. Really enjoyed the peace. The blankets accommodated for the cold. The welcome drinks and the exceptional service really made us feel like VVIP!!!! THANK YOU MOUNT AUX SOURCE RESORT!!!!

Arrived late. When entering the room I noticed a huge stain on the sun bed. I reported it the following morning. When I went to take a picture the stain was not visible, just a very faint outline. So the stain is only visible at night. So I give them the benefit of the doubt that the cleaners don't see it when cleaning during the day.

The wood fired tub. Great. The staff were very helpfull, super friendly and pleasant.
