South AfricaOn arrival, you need to use the visitors' entrance to the gate and have the gate code. Make sure you ask the property before you arrive. The staff did an excellent job of cleaning but did unpack our bags as well, so if you have anything you don't want unpacked, let the staff know. The parking inside the property gates is a bit tight for a big vehicle. It's better to park on the outside parking area.
Excellent staff and lovely big rooms. The swimming pool was great to be able to cool off in, and a walk on the golf course was great. The breakfast was good. Overall, it was the perfect spot to come back in between meetings. Excellent location close to main roads.

South AfricaThe fact that their machine was faulty when I was paying for dinner at breakfast time. I was also told by the employees that the machine is not printing the slips. The payment was duplicated as they were struggling with network. I called to alert the owner who has not assisted me yet despite my numerous communications with her regarding this issue. I have provided evidence because in the form of SMS's received later. She always promises to come back to me but all in vain. I now have to account to the company for the duplication that was not under my control. 😒😢

South AfricaThe common balcony presented a problem where the people in the adjacent rooms would arrive late and be roudy outside our window. Smoking is allowed there but that also drifted into our room. I would also suggest the breakfast table cloths are washed more regularly. They weren’t clean for the entire stay.

South AfricaArriving at the security gate we were asked for a pin to enter which was not provided to us. We called the number and stayed engaged. The queues behind us got agitated, so we asked if we could move out of the row. They let us in and made us wait. My wife then got hold of someone who provided the entry code for us, fifteen minutes later.
The cleaning and kitchen staff were superb. They were helpful and assisted us. It is in a golf estate. The breakfast was nice and the coffee great. The rooms were big. Our room looked out onto a wall, but our daughters room had a nice view of the garden.
