Having to spend so little time in Clarens.

We had an awesome stay at Mt Horeb Manor. Both Sonia and Tinus were so attentive to all our needs and kept us up to date at all times via sms. Breakfast was very good and substantial. The views were great, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff on a whole were very friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely be going back.

Walls between the rooms are quite thin, so other guests can be heard, but staff handled this very well.

Stunning views of the Maluti Mountains! Great location to explore Clarens (on foot) and very close to Golden Gate National Park. Absolutely friendly staff that were very accommodating and flexible. Loved all of Sonia's tips and suggestions to make the weekend memorable, i.e., the delicious welcome drink and breakfast in bed! The electric blanket was fantastic for the chilly nights.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will genuinely make it a point to visit at least once every year! My wife adored everything about this place, and it was the most perfect setting for her birthday celebration. The staff truly went the extra mile to make her day special, organizing champagne and balloons which was such a wonderful and thoughtful touch – it really made her birthday unforgettable. Beyond the special touches, everything else was equally impressive. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location is fantastic – so central and convenient to explore all that beautiful Clarens has to offer. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for an incredible experience!
