Recensione verificataPosizionata su di una collina con accesso tramite un punto di controllo passato il quale ci si sente totalmente sicuri. Presenza di animali liberi nella tenuta (giraffe, impala ecc) permettono incontri inaspettati. Personale sempre gentile e sorridente.
Abbiamo soggiornato due volte presso questa struttura e abbiamo notato come le tende lontano dalla reception (i.e. 19) siano meglio conservate rispetto a quelle più vicine (i.e. 4) che gli ospiti spesso scelgono per la minor percorrenza verso la zona colazione/cena.

Recensione verificataLe visuali dalla camera e dalla lobby sono fantastiche. Il buffet è molto ricco e vario con anche ottime specialità locali. Il materasso riscaldato in camera offre un comfort ulteriore. Da provare assolutamente i gin di produzione locale ! Una vera sorpresa
L’uscita in Safari ha un percorso prestabilito che non permette molte soste a discapito, a volte, degli avvistamenti. Anche la guida che ci ha accompagnato non è stata particolarmente collaborativa.

Rangers are regrettably not permitted to go "off-road" in the Kruger National Park, which might make some sightings a bit more difficult. This SANParks Regulation is there to respect and protect the animals' natural habitat and ensure their safety, which is their top priority. Abbiamo fatto il Safari mezza giornata con prelievo in struttura. Là guida non era all’altezza, poco disponibile e svogliata infatti abbiamo Visto davvero poco. Bastava un po’ di collaborazione in più ed elasticità nel modificare leggermente la strada è avremmo evitato due ore di tragitto senza vedere nemmeno un animale.

These services are outsourced to a company that has a permit to facilitate game drives in the park, and we will definitely speak to them to ensure all rangers are helpful and deliver good service at all times. Some points to note: * The game moves around freely in the Greater Kruger National Park, traversing over more than 344,000 hectares (860,000 acres). While the rangers are trained in finding animals in the bush, sometimes they elude even the best trackers and that is why we recommend at least 2 game drives to improve your chances of seeing animals. * Rangers are not permitted to go "off-road" in the National Parks. The rules are there to protect the natural habitat of the animals and ensure their safety, as well as those of the visitors to the park. We agree that this could be frustrating at times when a set of tracks lead into the bush, and/or animals are spotted far away from the main road, but the rangers will not disobey the rules. Recensione verificataLa struttura è molto bella e la tenda di lusso è studiata nei minimi particolari. Lo chef è molto gentile e disponibile. Il cibo è di buona qualità. La location in generale merita e trasmette tanta tranquillità.
Alcuni membri della reception sono maleducati e non sono attenti nel soddisfare alcune richieste da parte del cliente e nel comunicarle al resto dello staff. Il servizio al tavolo lascia a volte a desiderare: mancano alcune cose essenziali, come tovaglioli o bicchieri che abbiamo dovuto richiedere. La cena è dalle 18 alle 21 ma già dalle 20 si trova ben poco. Il bar chiude prima delle 22.30 e, per una struttura di questo genere, è davvero una pecca. La piscina è piccola e poco profonda.
