A few minor improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience, such as clearer signage to the property and perhaps a small refreshment or breakfast option on-site. Other than that, it was a great stay and I’d gladly return!

The property is beautifully maintained and situated in a peaceful area of Verulam, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host, Felix Ndlovu, was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. What stood out was the warm hospitality and the attention to detail – everything from the bedding to the little amenities was well thought out. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the privacy and calm atmosphere.

Check in process was rather unprofessional - waited 20mins to be assisted when one guy came they did not know about our booking then finally one very old security guard came and showed us a small room with outside bathroom not what we booked, showed another room meant to be family room with bathroom only for it to be single room size, while settling in the old man kept coming back to ask how we booked how much we paid which is information that was supposed to have been provided to whoever was left at the property not disturb guest by knocking like 3times,please have a check in desk to assist with such, No toiletries were provided the small basic ones none, also did not like the idea of sharing a fridge why not have bar fridges in the rooms? Shower did not have a door so the water was pouring out on the floor only one towel was provided, we had to fetch the mop downstairs which was dirty😏😏the place has potential to do more

The rooms needs more renovation and the pool was too deep it doesn’t accommodate everyone. Toilets had no handwash and can you please get the rooms cleaned everyday and change our bedding and towels. We were a couple but only had 1 towel to use the whole weekend

They closed the gate the time we trying to entry to the property. I see the dent to my car every day, it hurt!!!!! I spoke with the owner he refused to pay or meet with me half way.

The sharing of kitchen and dinning area, I think everything should be inside the room but the idea of having a big kitchen and dinning is nice if you bringing the whole family. The pool is too fro maybe if there should be a warning sign. The bathroom sink was not working but at least there was a warning about it

Shower water wasn't warm enough😢It was Luke warm there were no towels in the bathroom, yoh the noise from our neighbors a group of ladies celebrating a birthday,they grooved until 4 in the morning, we couldn't sleep at all😭

The palace was beautiful. The senary with nature seeing monkeys running around. It was time for me to reflect on life. Breath taking even though it was cold didn't have time to swim. I also wanted to stay longer but marathon blocked some places to visit.

The door frame was broken and couldn’t be locked, there was no running water in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom shower & sink. The house is more of a commune since we shared the kitchen & dining(no privacy). False marketing was made! The pool was also shared(unlike what is stated on the app) yet we had to pay a higher price. Other guests invaded our privacy as well since we found our bedroom messed up after returning from the pool, it could’ve been avoided if the door handle & frame was fixed as we would’ve locked.

The area is really bad and trying to get in is really hard with the extremely high and long driveway we burnt the clutch trying to get in....only gave us 2 small towels and the Netflix wasn't working

We didn't have water for about half hour. The doors are terribly dirty in the house. The neighbors made alot of noise until around 5:00, and we were up at 6 to get ready to leave, so we were not well rested, even though the house was comfortable!

There is no security guard in the gate, we waited 1 whole hour to enter the property simply because there was no one at the gate, the number provided in the website is not working so we could not get help we needed, our host did not even contact us to confirm our arrival time, we just waited outside helplessly & scared as the property is situated in a dark & scary place. Please update info on the website.

There's a lady there his name is Thembela she got attitude, she make us to wait for 30 minutes outside, she never bothered to help us when I go to her , she told me guest must arrive at 2 o clock when I show her my bookings that I make request to arrive early , she never said sorry when I asked her she told me I must talk Zulu she doesn't understand my language and I must not disturb her she is in the hurry she wants to clean and knock off early

I like the guy who is working there sipho he went all out to help us and also the owner Mr Ndlovu he made us to feel home
