We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My husband and I, along with another couple, thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The hospitality extended to us was exceptional, and the seamless check-in and check-out process made our stay even more pleasant. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more days to enjoy this wonderful place! We highly recommend No3 Crows Nest to anyone looking for a top-tier stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

South AfricaThe pictures on the internet were like maybe from 10 yrs ago - the entrance to the place is behind shoprite -then you come to a very creepy icky gate and back entrance of the place , you have to open the main gate mainly and the area isn't safe or appealing in the least bit. Gravel road in the most horrible parking bay - door knob broken as soon as you enter , the place has a nasty old fart smell , all draws had this smell as well. The bathroom in the main bedroom had a leak in the roof , the main TV didn't work this wasn't disclosed when I was speaking to the host , bedding old , beds smelly , the balcony had full poop of monkeys , this was catfish in the flesh I wouldn't use booking .com again and believe the fake review
