Our room had a sewage like smell. We had informed the lady who was doing housekeeping but guess nothing could be done over the few days we were there

Beautiful scenery and right the house is great for big group. Room on suite is very convenient. Lynette was great and super helpful.

The jacuzzi was not working, and the games room is not maintained. Some slight improvements needed on stairs, the deck, cupboards as well as some lights etc.

Stunning views. Spacious outdoor area as well as a spacious lounge/kitchen area. Bedrooms were clean and spacious.

Not that I didn’t like but I think it can be worked on.The place is great ,it just needs a bit of care.Some of the wooden stairs are wobbly and some of the wood on the wooden floor are out of place.A bit of attention when cleaning, especially the shower glasses.Maybe keep some blankets in the closet for the chilly nights.

It was a last minutes booking.The host was kind enough to assist with the process on the call even though the information was provided before hand on email.The house was just perfect,the facilities,the location,the rooms.We were even honoured by elephants family visit on our 1st night❤️,then monkey family on the 2nd day❤️.The kids had fun,I’ll definitely come back again.

Communication wasn't that great around the game vehicle use. We didn't have a map and wasn't sure were to go and got a bit lost and with no signal it was a bit scary. The fuel gauge wasn't working so unsure if we would have enough fuel to return.

Loved the house was very spacious and had great views. We got to see a lot of animals up close around the house. With load shedding you barely notice the power has gone out, good system in place. Kids enjoyed the pool. Park was amazing got to see Elaphants, Rhino's , Giraffs and lots of bucks.

One wing didn’t have hot water so we had to share 2 bathrooms. 2 toilets that didn’t flush entirely and we had to go to different rooms. overall cleanliness of the space was not up to a great standard. The Boschpoort game drive people are refusing to give me my refund back after they cancelled the drive due to bad weather.

Water pressure was too low. Hot water was an issue during our stay. The wooden deck around the pool needs to be given attention.

The house is situated in a remote location which offers an escape from the city and peace of mind. It has multiple bedrooms to choose from. The quality of the furniture is great. The house itself is huge.

The house is in a terrible state of disrepair. Deck wood is loose with protruding screws, stairs from deck to downstairs boma are quarantined, electrical installation is not safe, odors from bathrooms, jacuzzi was not programmed correctly, no mattresses for sun loungers, games room table tennis and foose ball table broken, game viewer had terrible brakes and a slipping clutch (correct once warmed up). Because the stairs from the deck were quarantined access to the boma was very difficult and it was not used at all.

Location was great, although not clearly communicated as being separate from the main Mabalingwe camp. Lots of bedrooms.

Nothing to mention except maybe the cost.

We loved the communication with the Hostess Lynette, she was prompt in her responses to the questions we had. We got to the house and were wowed with how beautiful the place is. The house had everything, the pool was amazing, and the hot-tub was loved by everyone. We loved the size of the kitchen with an amazing refrigerator, ice-maker and even a nespresso machine. The entertainment room downstairs, snooker table, foosball and table tennis were enjoyed by all. Check-in and Check-out of the facility was a breeze. The Housekeeping was also great and punctual. We also enjoyed the company of the peacocks, they really kept the young one's entertained.

The host charged us a R3000 (zar) "security & breakage" deposit. Upon leaving we have yet to get our deposit back. The host is now ignoring our messages and is acting and operating highly unethically.

It seems like they had a lock box but they cleaner wasn't done by the time we arrived (which was about an hour later than the check in specified. However it made it easy getting in but not ideal to have to wait for the cleaner to finish.

Rooms run down, the pool table collapsed and nearly fell on one of the children, the thatch roof in one of the main rooms was breaking off and dropping on our head whilst sleeping, maintenance is needed in the house! The fans in the bottom bedrooms were not working

When we got to the venue 14:15 the staff was still cleaning the place, they finished around 16:00. The pool was dirty Some pillow cases had iron burns Jacuzzi was not working, Toilets were not clean Game drive was postponed from Saturday to Sunday. We used same towels till we left.

The fact that it had back up when there’s load shedding.

Certain facilities such as the pool table, ping pong table and Foosball table was a bit poorly maintained and dated as well very worn out.

The cleanliness, layout, and facilities proved to be excellent value for money. The house was very comfortable and modern.

Everything was beyond expectation!

The unit was extraordinarily tranquil and situated in such a perfect location as the isolation was enough for us to be at one with nature yet still close enough to a conurbation. The unit boasts a magnificent modern open plan kitchen and the rooms had super comfortable beds. Everything was prepared beautifully for us down to the very last detail like the towels carefully folded with a deluxe chocolate placed on top. The expansive deck, in my opinion, is the units most outstanding feature with a top of the range jacuzzi which we bathed in under the starlight as various species of buck wandered below us- what an absolutely magical weekend!!!

Everything was wonderful, the jacuzzi. games room. Loadsheding did not affect us as the lodge has a great invertor. The outdoor showers were amazing.

The tranquility, oh my word, the way the entire living space opens up onto the African bush, WOW, yes please! If you need a real break from the hussle and bussle of everything or anything, this is definitely the place to be. So peaceful and quiet. Plenty of space for your family, and friends, without being under each others feet. We arrived to a warm welcomining from an Nyala and her baby xxx. Living space is super spacious, with comfortable beds and amazing views. Started with sundowners in the Jacuzzi ,watching the African sunset (it was like being in a movie). The house opens up onto a deck that overlooks the african bush with an amazing pool and jacuzzi. Was blessed to see a family of giraffe casually taking a walk across the bush in the distance, enjoying the new shoots from the trees, sable grazing in the background, wildebeest in the distance and the occasional howl of the wild dogs and hyenas heard in the distance in the early morning as the african bush awakes. 1000% will be going back.

Nyala View looks like on the photos. The house is beautiful, spacious, the bedding is very comfortable with enough bathrooms. The outdoor area is spacious with nice views and its close to the gate. It had everything we needed for our family. We rented a game viewer which just added to our wonderful experience.

There was a guest in our villa when we got there it was so embarrassing. The house was not clean as looks like there was a person staying in the house. It wasn't prepared for new check in was so disappointing. The water pressure was extremely low and no water coming out from 2 bathrooms. We reported it but nothing was done until we left. The no noise policy stated that no playing music outside after 10pm, we were playing music inside the house where you couldn't even hear it from outside but one of the trustees came yo give us a warning informing us that the next time he comes back we will be evacuated this was very traumatic especially for your first day at a place and you still had 4 days more. Overall we did not enjoy our vacation and staying in the house
