It would have been helpful to have additional towels, as only four were provided. This posed an inconvenience, as we were required to wash and dry them each day before starting our activities. Without this, we would not have had towels available for evening showers.

The property is located in a secure complex, conveniently close to both the mall and the beach. It offers a variety of dining options at the on-site cafe, as well as access to gym facilities. The availability of a washing machine and dryer including appliances like an air fryer was handy.

The welcoming was not what we expected from the host or should we say what we use to from other places. 1. We believe she should have taken maybe 2-3 min of her business day just to take us thought before she go on to help the next guest. 2. The Oven did not work we had to use the fryer all the time, the was no iron so we had to call her at knight, all of that would have been avoided if she had at least take us up to the apartment and welcome us the correct way before giving us forms to sign . But I know at times we all make mistakes and wrong judgment, So we won't let this be a reason for our Teams not to make bookings in this property again will still promote this place as one of our options and hope for better service nextime

Advertised as having a washing machine, but this is not the case. The kitchen didn't have hot water upon arrival, but Mercy sorted that out for us quickly.

Located right next to the Boardwalk mall, so easy access to lots of shops, and a 4-min drive to the beach and promenade. Mercy met us at the gate to welcome us and we found the apartment clean and well-equipped. Nice having the option to go to the clubhouse restaurant for a coffee or meal and we also made use of the meeting room facilities to take some work calls. There is an elevator up to the 1st floor which is great if you have lots of luggage.

The bedding wasn't necessarily neat and the blankets were too thick and too hot. And the person assigned to help us during our stay selectively responded to our messages. You guys should consider offering to keep bags for safekeeping until departure time when your guests checkout.

Design of the toilet roll holder was not practical. No spare toilet rolls in either bathroom. Toilet spray only existed in the one bathroom, not both. Shower caddies was too high and impractical. No towel rail or hooks. There were baby cockroaches roaming around and it was unpleasant.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is not getting Tax Invoice for that reason only I won’t be able to book or recommend to my colleagues as the Tax Invoice is very important for corporate expenditures. Also paying two amounts separately is a problem. I paid one amount for the duration of my stay and insurance money. I believe they should be combined

1) I think they need to re look at how the buildings gyser design (water was look warm in the morning). Unverified facts: -My guess was, it's interconnected and shared with other units, so if you bath round abt 8/9am might end with look warm water. 2) I might have been at fault, I arrived way too later than their normal working hours. -My Electricity got finished, I contacted them at the wee hrs of the morning, but they speedily solved that. Suggestion -They can include the "Electricity Units Check" in their Check List after each guest & Make it a Cretical Point for their staff to immediately report back to management as soon as it reaches lower that a certain number. -IN GENERAL, IT'S THE BEST UNITS, WITH THE BEST MANAGEMENT, SUITABLY LOCATED & GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. MORE ESPECIALLY ON THAT SIDE OF THE WORLD. -I will definitely come back!!!

The Area is a "Good Value for Money" *2min walk to the Mall, 5min walk to the beach *Nice and decent area to take your family on holiday in. *The Host Management & staff were superb and understand, reachable contact numbers. *Clean & Decent living space. **Home away from Home** Is what I can describe the place to be.
