The night stand lamps not working. The bathroom needs some attention but still clean. WiFi would be an advantage but it was still a worthwhile place to stay. The check in process and reception not that friendly.

Everything was great. Didn't like the bathroom though. The water leaked to the floor when showering. No proper mats in bathroom and the towel for the floor was wet from the leak when using the shower. Would have liked a stove in the room.

Dstv subscription,no wifi and i was called to remove my car from a parking spot at 22h02,of which the parking spot was not even allocated to that person who claimed as the owner and i had to park somewhere else,im truly dissapointed at this point in time and felt very small as the security gave that person my number instead of sorting things out first with management,giving out a personal number at the gate made me feel uneasy n not safe,i still think this should of been sorted out differently,only to find the guy removed me because someone parked in his parking spot and no parking is allocated specifically where i had intially parked Dissapointed!!!

The bed was uncomfortable, and the shower had a leak after use

The room was neat and clean. Everything was exactly as it was advertised. Housekeeping was done daily. The staff are friendly. The location is central and just a few minutes from Wildcoast Sun.

There was a mix up when booking in and instead of being allocated C11, we we booked into C7. Although not ideal, C7 proved to be as mentioned above.

Having stayed at that complex preciously, we knew what to expect and it met all expectations. Having aircon and DSTV was awesome. Location was close to everything that we needed and easily accessible by car. We found everything to be clean and comfortable.

We didn't like the bed. The 2 single beds pushed together makes it very uncomfortable as you are falling in the centre. The water is also leaking from the bathroom, however it's leading outside.

The management-Administration Their service was very poor.Moving in was a hassle, I have to speak to house keeping to sort me out. All the services I needed was through housekeeping ladies. When I had the problem with the ants in the kitchen, problem with the TV channels, problem with the shower .

The house keepers were excellent,Supervisor and Nosipho the cleaner (a jack of all trades) Nosipho helped me with everything.

The cupboard within the bathroom was damaged due to the poor design of bath tub (water kept splashing out). However, since it was only 2-night stay. We are happy
