The building is not maintained and the Aircon was mouldy.

1) To get the keys 2) keys was hidden in a draw without notifying us. 3) Could not get hold of the contact person after we left numerous messages on the cellphone number given. We had to sleep with the door open on our first night. We only got reply the next morning at ±10h00 . We managed to find the keys ourselves under a cloth in one of the draws.

The place needs refurbishment. The plumbing in the bathroom is leaking. There is damp in the wall. The place needs a fresh coat of paint. The pillows had a stale smell. I had to call twice to get the key. The reception is not linked to unit F05 and the receptionist was not friendly. The restaurant staff were very disinterested. I arrived 10minutes after the kitchen closed at 20h30 and they would not serve me. The place is ok for an overnight but would not recommend it otherwise.

No water on Monday. No Wifi that was promices. Smart TV wasnt working and the DSTV wasnt connected. The lady helper promised to come but never did. We were told the owner is comming but never piched. The lady at the front knew nothing so she couldnt help us with anything that we needed. We even had to call for toilet papers. It like nothing was well prepeared for our stay. And a wet smelly towel on the cubbord.

The location was perfect for my outing. The place was safe.

I think the host (Lonwabo) must be on site since he can't share some info with de lady onsite, i had to call de host to get wifi password and instructions abt using the TV, the lady knows nothing The bathroom is smelly & there was no bath soap Bad service from the entire building by not having backup for load shedding times😕 atleast there must be lights and water during load shedding

We did not receive any instructions prior regarding the keys. Coming into the room, the creaking door was difficult to open. The curtains were dirty and not properly hung. There was no wifi password. We called to ask for the wifi pin, and it was never sent to us. The room is generally dirty with dust hanging on the aircon. There was no remote for the aircon. The pillows are old and flat. There were no hangers . Please get an ironing board cover. The iron was sticky underneath . The wiring of the side lamp is dangerous. We could not use the blanket provided cause we did not trust the cleanliness of it given the room state. We had no instructions about where to leave the keys. Awful, terrible experience.

Our experience at this apartment was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, security refused entry without a permit, which was never provided. We struggled to get in touch with the owner, leaving us stranded at the gate. Security eventually escorted us to the apartment as if we were unwelcome guests. Once inside, we faced more issues. The cleaner had left her groceries in the fridge, so we had to wait for her to remove them before settling in. The biggest concern was the overwhelming smell of black mold, which was visible throughout the bathroom. The apartment was not properly cleaned, and we even found cockroaches. Given the poor hygiene and potential health risks, we left after the first night and did not return. I would not recommend this apartment until the mold issue is resolved and overall cleanliness is improved. The lack of communication and organization made the stay even more frustrating.

When we arrive the was no electricity and we couldn’t bath, watch television, connect to the Wi-Fi. In the morning still the was no electricity, no water. We end up leaving without bathing imagine from Port Edward to East London without bathing. We tried to go to the swimming but still it was very dirty we couldn’t use it

The worse experience 😪 We did not get to rest at all,the plumbing was a problem water was flooding the whole room, we had to keep on mopping every few hours. The bathroom was in a bad state due to the broken pipes.
