Constructive Criticism - if furniture is upgraded the stay would be recommended. We had a 83 year old who sunk into the couch because it has lost its support. The bin drawer was broken with no alternative for refuse disposal. Kitchen items not provided: Dishcloths / any kitchen cloth Braai utensils A can of doom would be useful for insects and flies Couches and dining chairs were dirty and should be deep cleaned. Bottom of drawers are damaged and can be neatened

Bedrooms were neat. Close proximity to wild coast and shops Mini Tea station and complimentary toiletries were a nice addition

The place overall needs a revamp. The restaurant was very sparse, no food choices, out of stock on most things and decor very outdated. Place looks past its glory days and ready for closure. Only one lady doing everything. She was friendly and tried her best though!

The cutlery was not enough for six especially spoons and tea spoons. The glasses were not enough. the main bedroom toilet sit had a crack which pinch your butt 😂.

The view, and that it is close to the shops and the casino. The place is lovely

Loadshedding in the area was outrageous. 3 times a day and sometimes 4.5hrs with this came no water as well. Recommendation is more lighting in the car park area and at the fence side of the apartments to ensure visibility and safety. Back up water supply offered to guests. Fit loadshedding bulbs in key areas in the apartment

Absolutely nothing.. The pictures on booking. Com is completely different to the actual place. The lounge sets were not comfortable and stained. The lightings was dim and then no water and light from 5 up until 10pm and I don't even know if the water had come back coz if never did even when I left. . The so called garden was just bushes and very untidy inside and outside. Was really disappointing and I called the owner and explained to him a relaxing wkend actually is a nightmare. I had left and found another accomadation at 10 n left. Really disappointing

The fact that there was no water during load Shedding and that there was no back up power for emergencies and the water ran cold too fast 😞,and no wifi

I liked the fact that it was so private although being a complex we had our privacy it was peaceful and welcoming almost a home away from home ,the beach view was beautiful we had our own back yard with a braai area big and spacious inside ,so much more I could say , we will be back definitely,lastly I felt very safe there was a security doing rounds all the time

We arrived late and we were placed in a different Unit, it was dirty and dusty. The next morning we were put in a correct unit but it was also not properly cleaned. I am dissatisfied and disappointed.

Cleanliness. The bedding, bathroom, cushions, couches needs a deep cleaning. The braai does not have a grid so very inconvenient as we could not braai. Lots of cockroaches.

Spacious. The aircon really helped.
