Don't pay for more than one night. We made that mistake and was kept up by tree frogs that were louder than a burglar alarm right next to the rooms. Impossible to sleep. I have asked to check out the next morning without even having breakfast which we paid for and be refunded for one night. No luck.

I didn’t like how the host will always follow you around, you don’t get to feel free as guests because you are being followed and at some point we made noise and lady just walked in the room and shouted at us we are small kids , she did not knock but she just walked in the room, she could’ve called or handled the situation better like she’s dealing with adults i didn’t like that at all !!!

The owner which is a white female she is full of her self can not even Explain things to to her guests in such a good manner. My self and my wife we left without having breakfast of -which we paid for.

Constructive criticism. The property is not far from the sea. Sliding doors leading to the balconies could do with some oil as they are very noisy when open and close. This was not only for our room but the neighboring one as well. Room well equipped but an added comfort would be some mosquito spray or mats.

Warm welcome from the owner. Room as well as the common areas, are tastefully decorated. The balcony overlooking manicured, yet wild gardens, absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was scrumptious and well assorted. Management and staff professional and friendly, recommended restaurant for dinner and a beautiful walking trail through the forest leading to the beach.

Perhaps a bit too far from the coast but if we had a car things would have been different This is only because of our circumstances at that time. There really isn't anything that isn't to like. It's a little piece of paradise.

We decided to move accommodation due to the area we had found ourselves in, prior to this stay, due to personal circumstances. The welcome received was so warm & the property was in a beautiful setting within the tree canopy, which stretched all the way to the Indian Ocean. The bedroom, ensuite & balcony were lovely, comfortable & very clean. The staff were friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast which was included was delicious. Amazing museli full of nuts, orange juice., tasty toast, full English & our favourite the cheese omelette. It was so light & tasted delicious. They accommodated us until the day we left which was so kind due to the situation we found ourselves in. We would stay again in this beautiful place in the village of Mtunzini Thank you all do much it was such a pleasure being with you all over the past week & our new friend Frank, the Boston terrier.

The floor rugs in the room were a bit dated and seemed dusty/dirty even after the daily clean.

A lovely guesthouse with a sea view and beautiful garden. Great breakfast and friendly helpful hosts. It's perfect for when you really want to just unwind without any noise or hectic traffic.
