Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaThe place has a lot of potential and would do with a rework. The were was no cutlery- only two knives for us to utilise . No plates to dish up in as well . The shower could do with a change especially the shower head . The water kept going hot then cold which was a bit of a frustration. Basically an upgrade of everything in that unit would be great . A more modern touch .
Location is good . Clean unit and quite spacious . Has so much potential.

South AfricaCoffee was stale had to scrape sides. Toilet seat was dirty, pee stains. Shower floor had tiles missing and Shower mat had soap scum.
I loved the welcome sign. It's very spacious. And had a eating table which was good.
