We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe courtesy bus could not transfer a disabled person from wheelchair to vehicle. But i felt that this Hotel are still under new ownership and revamping and i feel that they have the vision to address this in future.
Breakfast is fantastic! And this Hotel has got good staff and in particular a senior leader in this hotel by the name Chris. Chris, thank you for going above and beyond in order to make the stay excellent, resolving stumbling blocks very fast and make things happen. my spouse is a woman with a disability. And you made this stay so wonderful for her. I thank you.

South AfricaI had a cake that I wanted to have with tea, and I requested a cutlery from the hotel, but I was told I cannot get one without ordering food from the restaurant, the restaurant owner was so rude to me that she told me, this is not a B&B, it is a hotel.
We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the breakfast. It was nice to be able to see both the mountains and the sea from the hotel. The atmosphere is relaxing and spacious.

South AfricaWet room / shower and bath setup not ideal for anyone with kids. Great if a couple, but otherwise not great. Stayed in a garden room this time round, didn't realize how far it was to get to the main building (last time we were in the main building). Small maintenance and upkeep of property lacking slightly. Didn't deter our stay.
Not our first stay here, came back because of a previous good experience. Rooms are large and spacious. Luxurious accommodation and amenities. Excellent price. Great breakfast selection, although not fully halaal. Staff always attentive and accommodating to our requests at last minute booking. Will definitely book here again.
