Normally this time of the year it's cold and I don't know if the Aircon was not effective or what, we really tried but it didn't produce enough heat.

The room I was allocated was very spacious and clean.

I was unable to gain access for 30 mins.. nobody was present at 4pm to let me inside. No buzzer. Nobody on premises. I made several phone calls and waited too long. Shame

Soap dispensers did not work Toilet topcover is off and need to be stopped manually, otherwise water keeps on running Aircon did not work in room 3, were then moved to another room New cusions on bed needed

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Room 10 looks good (tiles, overall look) Thx for coffee, etc. Maybe 1x bottle water per guest will be a great idea

No hangers in the closet to hang clothes. We didn't get the room we booked. We booked a room with two double beds and got a room with only one bed.

we were told that it's a buffet breakfast, only to find that's its no, the service of the waitress at the breakfast arrears is very poor and they take time to communicate about everything, my husband chicken sausages when we ordered from the menu, but instead they brought chicken fillets without telling us, they also offer 1 type of Yorhurt. there are cats rooming around the eating arrear, can they make sure that in future they remove them, not everyone is pet friendly, the tables didn't have cutlery.

Firstly, upon arrival to the guesthouse, we called the reception and spoke to a lady we spoke who was so rude. We had to wait outside the gate for 30 minutes because we were misled and told that the gate keys were not on the premises. After eventually gaining access, we both placed our order for breakfast for the following morning. We unfortunately received a wrong order and only one for the two of us. No assistance was provided regarding this mishap despite the lack of proper instructions given to us on ordering breakfast.

The guesthouse was clean and spacious, and the chef and cleaning staff were friendly.

Noisy other guest, empy beer bottles all over, rooms at the back on rusbish dump. Some of our rooms no toiletpaper, aircon no working in 1 of 7 rooms we booked.

They arrange breakfast take away packs and good coffee.

Everything was amazing. The rooms were neat, comfy, superb and beautiful. The beds were great and the overall cleanliness perfect. The rooms felt like home and I loved the breakfast. It was delicious. The staff ws super friendly and Michelle was a wonderful host. She goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is well looked after. She lifts the image of Palm Inn Guesthouse. We will definetly make it our home away from home.

The hard mattress.

My one of the few preferred guesthouses in Lephalale. The rooms are always clean and have lovely finishes. The staff is amazing, eager to help, and always with a smile on their faces (ESPECIALLY MY GUY PETROS). I always stay longer each time and I would outright recommend this place to anyone.
