That place didn't like it at all

Nothing I liked about the place, shower was leaking have to mop the water from shower basin was lose ,no key for your room ,no microwave or fridge ,Nothing was good actually...VERY BAD

Staff could be a little more professional and basic maintenance of property would go a long way

Positives: 1. Close to location of where we needed to be the following morning, and easy to find 2. Bed was comfortable and sheets where clean. 3. Ample parking. 4. Good price for rest lodge incase you find yourself stranded in the area or just need a place to lay your head for the night. Negatives: 1. Staff very unfriendly. Really felt unwelcome, no smiles as at all. 2. Our room unit 1 - door could not be locked key was broken, they refused to swap our room said they are fully booked even though room 2 was empty. They have take it or leave attitude. Toilet seat was broken. Toilet canister had no lead, to be able to flush you have to pull lever from the inside. No floor mat in the bathroom 3. Entry and exit from property you have to hoot they take their time to open. 4. Staff member watching TV in the lounge with volume too high, literally sleeping on the couch with a blanket, very unprofessional as that area serves as entrance 5. Kitchen extremely untidy and unhygienic. Its crawling with cockroaches and ants. Sink full of dirty dishes - best you eat out. Needed to use kitchen to warm up food.

The hand basin was broken and laying on the floor. When we complained they suggested we use the communal bathroom. After demanding our money back they gave us a different room.

This place is not as it seems on the pictures. It was something different and horrible. It was a total horror of my night couldn't even wait for morning. The place was very dirty and doesn't even deserve to be the guest house, security as well is very compromised. The noise at night from other guests coming in its like a shebeen. What a disappointment from booking.com to be keeping such places in your booking pool. It was a total disaster.

Hated everything else! It’s located in an awkward scary place! Parking is a mission! Staff is terrible and not friendly! The interior is bad, old curtains and dirty walls! The toilet didn’t have tissue! No hot water to bath in the morning! Terrible terrible stay!

I booked at this place and when I was supposed to check in they told me that they are closed due to electricity outages at this property and had already paid online and now I'm struggling to get my refund, as I had to book another place, the lady doesn't respond anymore to my messages or calls,such ignorance, fraudsters.

The place is filthy. The people there are rude. The place doesn't look the way it is advertised. There is no electricity at all. We had to make fire ourselves outside with the tree branches to boil water for washing since it was cold.The place is not habitable.

The host or caretaker had a nasty attitude, and told us that if we’re not happy we should go and ask for our money from that booking.com knowing very well that their accommodation has a no money return policy, the place was nothing like the photos that were displayed on their site one room had a shower right at the head where there was suppose to be the headboard drawer.

Everything! As a young girl i felt so unsafe when we reached our room. You could hear every single sound coming from the next room, i doubt that we would've gotten any sleep. The door doesnt even have handles and only security was a slide lock that was barely attatched to the wall. From the outside of the room you could see everything inside the room due to the door not filling the whole door frame. This is something i never want to experience again. Waste of money!

Absolutly nothing was as expected. Upon arrival the staff was confused and rude. I was shocked to see that the photos are not even close to what the have there. Absolutly terrible to be honest. We were barely there and immediatly started to look for a better place to stay. The photos and everything is a whole scam!
