I didn't like that they didn't put enough toilet paper and stayed for a whole week and we where 6 and also we had to figure out things for our self because the person who was suppose to show us things was sick and the owner didn't step ahead. And also not enough towels

The Wi-Fi disconnected at times, the TV didn’t allow us to watch Netflix, Showmax or airplay things from our laptop and there was no extra toilet paper. The window in the main bedroom doesn’t close so the noise from the road was very loud.

Very spacious and the decor is quite pretty. The beds were super comfortable. There was an aircon and an electric blanket which made sleeping quite comfortable. There is a desk to use upstairs and a full dining table for 6 people.

The wi-fi signal was very weak and could not reach the bedrooms, only had access to wi-fi signal on the upper level, no signal downstairs. Not enough coffee mugs. The kitchen knives are very blunt. It was raining on the day we arrived and the ceiling in the bathroom had water dripping through . The stairs leading up to the unit as well as the stairs inside leading to the upper level TV lounge is very steep, not suited to older people or people with mobility issues, also not great for small children. No two point plugs in the room to charge devices, you'll have to bring your own. The unit is just a little run down...the dustbin lid is broken, the shower door does not have a handle, there are 4 irons in the cupboard, not one works properly, the pots and pans are well worn, the dining room chairs are uncomfortable...small things

Conveniently located 10 minutes from Gallagher Convention Centre where we attended an exhibition. Good security, clean area, good shopping centres close by.

I didn't like the fact that the unit was not serviced daily at least the beds should have been made and the dishes washed. The dish cloths should be renewed daily and there should provide adequate toilet paper. If you are not going to a shop, then you don't get a chance to buy toilet paper. It's supposed to be provided for the clients. I also didn't like that the cupboards in the bedrooms in onwere a storage unit for old or unused stuff.

I loved the comfortable beds and the lounge in the loft. Very comfortable and cosy.

Couldn’t find the WiFi code, water came into the bath a bit brownish, there was a towel under the toilet to stop the leak but water had spread to the tiles already, this is after flushing on the leak, couldn’t find a key for the sliding doors.

Compact, everything was on hand from utensils, towels etc.

The neighbours were not nice at all, they kept talking pictures of us while we were having a braai by the pool,at 18:30 the host called us and said the neighbours are complaining about notice ,which there was no noise at all just Group of ladies having dinner at talkiy

The description is misleading. There is no pool view. The apartment is located next to a busy, not quiet main road in the suburb. Traffic starts at 5am. Cannot close the bedroom window because it’s missing a handle. The washing machine is communal, not in the apartment. We replaced remote control batteries and bulbs. Paint is peeling on the bedroom doors and kitchen. The quality of the cookware is poor. Overall, the apartment needs maintenance.

Comfortable beds and Charmaine was very warm and helpful.
