Only one employee of the hotel was very good and helped with all the misinformation the other staff did. Dinner in the restaurant was not good, but there are other options for eating out.

Booked another night: Well equipped, very nice complex right on the main road. Tours can be booked at the hotel. Breakfast in the restaurant is very good.

Priority management, I was told the dining hall was fully booked by a single group so there were no tables left 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ the selective priority to a single group was rather a disgrace.

The checkout procedure kept asking me to re-make my reservation and pay again. I could not fully check out at the end it seems. I'm not sure if that is an issue with the hotel or with booking.com

The staff was so very attentive and always engaged with us. It was a great room with great amenities. The restaurants on the premises were delicious!

We were surprised by this well hidden gem. Travel to Hazyview at least twice a year, but wasn't aware of this quaint Hotel. Friendly staff. Welcome drink a bonus. Rooms are big, as well as the bathroom. Enjoyed the verandah area. Beautiful garden. Well maintained. Even enjoyed having the local cat visit us.

Not really a 'didnt like' but more of 'would've liked', microwave and iron in the room would make the stay much more comfortable. I struggle to eat cold food and whenever we brought doggy bag from the restaurant we ended up throwing away the food.

Breakfast was nice and filling, the room was very clean and comfy. The property has a nice pool, unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy it as it was cold.

The property is well located and is central to everything that you might need. The rooms are big and clean, and the property is well taken care of. The reception upon arrival is spectacular, and that’s thanks to all the staff who are so friendly. From the guard at the gate, receptionists and gardens everyone is so welcoming. 100% recommend coming here.
