Overall our stay was good, the food was good the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It would have been nice to have a bar fridge in our King room as well - our kids had one in their twin room :-)

The breakfast was good, there was multiple options and the staff was friendly. Good location, in between kloof and pinetown so there was access to both areas, easily. The room was cosy and comfortable, it had dstv so we could watch sports. Definitely would recommend.

We would have liked to have a small fridge in the room, but the staff helped us by putting our stuff in their fridge. A fridge would have made the room perfect.

Our stay at The Gregory was just what we needed. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, there is a lovely view and the location suited us. We would stay there again and recommend The Gregory to anyone looking for good accommodation in Pinetown

At first they put us in a room with a very disturbing smell ( we have a 10 month old child), we had to wait till morning to get that situation sorted. They said it was their new room... But they didn't sort that smell out before we got there and for the fact that they decided to put a guest there whether there was a child or not that disappointed us

The communication was excellent. All information was provided before we even got to The Gregory & all necessary provisions were made for us arriving after 18:00, so the check-in was seamless. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We loved the view from our room. The room was peaceful & quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we loved our stay at The Gregory & would definitely love to visit again.

Looked like there were renovations in progress looking forward to see once done. The boys room had a bit of moist which maybe can be looked at. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you for having us.

The location was perfect for us. The staff were very helpful and really welcoming. The food was delicious and really well prepared. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool thank you. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

The Dstv decoder kept disconnecting and the shower needs a door. Also found 2 small roaches on my last day.

One could easily walk into the clear shower doors if not careful. Maybe something can be done to avoid that but otherwise it's a great place indeed.

The place was very nice and clean. The room was very spacious and beautiful. We couldn't check in on the first night but we got clear instructions on how to get access to our room should we check in after hours. Very friendly people indeed. I wouldn't mind going back there.

Opening and closing doors for each of the accommodation units can be noisy which echoes into each room. Was a bit of struggle to sleep during a later afternoon when having jet lag.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating... Especially Mark who organised another room for me after the original room allocated to me did not meet my expectations.

I liked everything about it. The warm service from the staff, all of them from front desk to dinning hall; and the place is just nice and quiet.

What i liked the most is the warm welcome we received from the lady at the front desk; the kitchen staff was also very good; the humbleness and respect from all the ladies wow i salute them i give them a 10 out of 10. The breakfast was very nice too. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay my husband and i would definitely visit again.
