There was a significant plumbing issue prior to our arrival (unavoidable). However, it would have been nice, and appropriate, that that information was shared ao we could have timed our arrival accordingly. Plumbers cutting a large hole in the wall for 4 hours was not the greatest start.

The location was wonderful. A nice short walk to town. Property was perfect for our family of two adults two kids (11, 9). The neighbour helped with the check in, and also gifted a bottle of wine and chocolates to apologise for the plumbers working downstairs when we arrived.

Wow the place was sooo super cool we really enjoyed our stay I don't have any regrets it will be my home from now on.when ever I visit Hermanus that's my first option ❤️❤️❤️we loved it.and the person who's taking care of the house she's so friendly and nice to the guests I give her 10/10❤️❤️🙌🙌

The parking could be a little bit better. Felt abit uneasy for the car to be parked outside and not behind secure parking.

The loft was so comfortable and cozy. Everyone loved it. It was so peaceful and tranquil definitely a great holiday place overall.

It was a bit chilly but we visited in winter. Plenty of heaters and hot water bottles so got it cosy in no time.

Great place in Hermanus. Well equipped. Easy walk to centre which we didn’t do, but quiet area. Beds so comfy. Powerful shower.

Could do with an inverter for the Wifi so that when there’s load shedding we at least have access to the internet.

Could you kindly place a foot mat inside entrance of bk door area as in rainy weather or after using the pool.. So feet can dry of instead of wetting the floors inside..

It felt like being home away from home... Its my only holiday spot for the past 2yrs..i look forward to much more

The property is perfectly situated in an established part of Hermanus within walking distance to shops and restaurants, without being too close to town to be noisy. The cottage is well appointed with lovely spaces and a cosy outdoor eating, garden and swimming pool area. We had everything we needed. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable, even for a family of 5. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

nothing it was really very nice . it is a shame it doesn’t have a generator as the electricity was cut several times a day and so it forced us to eat out more than we had intended to.

perfect location and walking distance into Hermanus and all it has to offer . walking distance to a gym and a supermarket too .

Better cooking utensils needed Housekeeper coming in every morning a little unnecessary when self catering and felt somewhat intrusive. Tired decor Clothes horse rickety and rusty and should be replaced

Shower was clogged, water leaks out of shower. Perhaps a 2nd comfy couch? Needed a braai dish. All minor things that did not detract from an enjoyable stay. Thank you to our hosts and the very kind Beatrice that tidied up daily. Overall a lovely getaway!

It was so quaint and felt very homely. Loved the shower soaps and products, beautiful touch! Nicely equipped and value for money. Perfectly situated and close to Town, quiet neighborhood.
