From the moment we arrived, this guesthouse in Ramsgate was simply stunning. Everywhere you look, there's a thoughtful touch waiting to be discovered. The welcome was complete with cappuccinos and a generous supply of rusks, making us feel instantly at home. In the lounge, we found soft, rolled-up lap blankets—a small detail that speaks volumes about the care provided. Our towels were adorned with a fresh flower. It's these little thoughtful amenities that truly made our trip unforgettable its like staying at a five-star hotel, but with the personal warmth and charm of a private home. The service was incredibly friendly, the shower pressure was excellent, and the little notes placed around the guesthouse added a personal touch that made everything feel effortless. This is more than just a place to stay; it's an immersive experience in hospitality. We were super impressed and can't recommend it highly enough.

The sound of the rolling waves, gentle drops of rain and distant sounds of frogs chirping in the background was absolute tranquility. The view is just breathtaking. Absolute value for money! We will definitely go back.

The accommodation was conveniently located near shops, beach and other amenities. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was most gracious and helpful.

The cleanliness. The space. The view. The peacefulness. Everything you need is in there. Such a comfortable space, really good WiFi. I honestly had the best time. Never seen a place so clean.

A warm welcome, there was rusks, milk, tea bags, coffee and sugar. The place was clean, smelling good, the wi-fi was good. There was Netflix and YouTube to watch. We'll come back again, thank you very much Toni and family for having us.

We liked everything , the unit was clean and the host is very friendly and helpful. We also liked that we were provided with tea, coffee , sugar and spices. There is everything you need in a self catering accommodation.

Only issue was roadworks in the area but the hosts did inform us of this before arriving and did suggest alternate routes.

Location was great, lots of things to see nearby. Hosts were great everything needed in a self catering was thought of and catered for. Hosts were very friendly, hospitable and informative of things to do in the area.

Shops were limited at the local shopping center, no variety.

The shopping center is a short drive away. The beach is also close (walking distance).

I was absolutely impressed with the accuracy of the accommodation, everything was to detail as shown in pictures. Absolutely clean and neat, very friendly hosts and amazing views from all sides. It is a great getaway if you looking for some peace and relaxation!! I would definitely 100% recommend.

Things we liked: The sea view from all the rooms. The location in Ramsgate is perfect. The hygiene and cleanliness. The friendly hosts and their hospitality. The small extras like hand cream, rusks, milk, fresh cold water etc. The unit had all the necessary appliances/utensils needed for a self-catering unit, and more. The bed and couches were very cumfy. The solar panels/ invertors provide electricity even if there are loadshedding. The tap water is filtered. The unit is kept up to date with new linen, bedding, seat covers, towels etc. The unit has Netflix. The Braai area is cozy and close to the unit.

Marvelous service and the owner is always available when you need help.

A very peaceful location. They offered everything. Cooking things like salts, peppers and oils were there. Tea things (best coffee, rusks, sugar, etc) were there as well. Oh not forgetting wifi👌. Only sleeper couches were not comfortable, as we know. But everything was perfect. Clear sea view and fresh air.

I would highly recommend Ramsgate Ocean View! Toni is a fabulous host, making sure we were comfortable with everything we needed 🌞 The holiday flat has an unbeatable view of the ocean (where we saw some whales splashing about). It's equipped with a kitchenette with a gas stove (loadshedding friendly) for self-catering and a comfortable lounge that's perfect to sit in with your morning tea that over looks the ocean 🌊 We loved that it's in a safe neighbourhood within walking distance to a great beach. It's also conveniently located to many shops and restaurants, including The Waffle House. Overall, this stay is great value for money and definitely worth you stopping by! 🤩

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The view is phenomenal - and the apartment is located close to the beach , shops and restaurants. There are also many activities to do nearby. .
