We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaOur bedding was not changed for the rest of our stay. The building is not painted outside and it is also creepy. We ran out of toilet paper in some of the toilets. There was a smell that is not so pleasant in both of our rooms. One of our rooms didn't have a fridge and the one fridge that we had from the other room had an unpleasant smell. We are not allowed to take walks inside the estate.
I liked the breakfast, it was delicious although the omelette was too oily. Some staff members were friendly. Malenka and Sylvia to be specific.

South AfricaThe shower door in the Daisy Bee room needs some attention, the water leaks into the room. The rooms main door needs to be fixed it does lock tightly. The opposite window and door blinds and curtains allows the light from the next building to shine into the room.
This was awesome stay, the food was well presented and delicious. The highlight of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff, beautiful people they make you feel as if we at home.

But if it was my business her attitude of being very unimpressed and half asleep, with no communication, and only grunting and stomping around I would probably find someone who can be more accommodating even for late check in guests.
