First of all ,I didn't expect to get a BnB at that price I was surprised...very worth anyone's budget 👌🏽 I got assisted by Mr Andrew on my checkout ,he was very warm and welcoming at the reception and every experience was personalized. He is good for the business and the guests too. 🙏🏽

Though everything seemed perfect,only one thing made me feel really sad...my room was upstairs and there are only stairs to go up ,yes it's okay but when having heavy luggage it is not quite friendly. If there's really no any other alternative there ,that means also the disabled with wheelchairs cannot access the upstairs rooms.

Location, the room was clean

Toilet sit next to your bed, No hot water, the swimming pool was dirty

The shower wall next to the bed is painted with a sandpaper like paint. It is so rough that when I bumped against the wall, it took the skin off my finger, which proceeded to bleed profusely

Great place. I arrived late after my flight changes however everyone was very accommodating. Warm water, works in the garden and pool so hopefully it would all ready play for some of you. I would book the place again for sure.

Maybe just a door bell. That's me being extra fussy. 😁

We needed budget accommodation near the airport and which would allow us to check in late and depart at 04h00 the next morning. Reizigers went the extra mile to make this possible, despite the icy weather.

Area

Dogs all over bedding was dirty, with dogs fur toilet with no door. No orientation to the area.

My room was supposed to me with breakfast but it was not offered

I have one word for this place, pigsty.

The location is excellent being only 15 mins from OT airport. The rooms are in an old converted house that gives it a honestly like feeling. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a hot high pressure shower that was a real blessing.

Everything is well used but clean and well maintained.

Staff, hospitality, and meals were on point!

The location was perfect as I landed in OR, it wasn't too far. The area is also quiet and there were no issues at all.

No TV in the room. The bathroom doesn't have a door, which made it a little awkward dealing with the stench and things like that. The shower is too low, and I couldn't get under it. The gentleman who received me was great; he wears a smile and is engaging. The other lady he was with wasn't too friendly and she made me question if she knows what customer service is. I couldn't tell if she was also a guest or not. If she was a guest, I then take my comment back.

It 's a good location due to its proximity with OR Tambo aiport. Its a safe place. The price fit the place. What pleased me was the arrangement regarding shuttle service the next morning to go back at the airport I got a very good price by this house to be dropped at the aiport by the lady that by the way gave me many good tips as we exchanged about my trip there . So I was pleased by the way service was run in smooth way.

No electricity but the owner was not responsible for such situation. So for paying by CB, the owner as myself were a bit stressed. But matter was solve out afterward.

Couldn't even make coffee before going to bed at night-no cups provided. Had an ice cold shower-no hot water in the cubicle. Stench in room-probably the wood shower-but it smelled like old stale cat urine. Electrical power cords on display in room-wonder how COC was passed Old woman-part of household-very loud and intrusive, watched tv till late and room was adjacent to this tv room. No tv in bedroom though. Photo's on Booking.com are misleading.
