There was a person who was sweeping in the morning,she woke me up. Do not put a bed closer to the headboard , it's irritating from other rooms.

Facilities - the kettle was not in the room until I asked.

Please ensure that the blankets are clean. Forvthe second time , Had to utilize a used blanket, the smell was unbearable. Also, fix the bathroom sink. The pipe/system is kinda blocked. Replace the door blinds as well. Regards

Very loud noise from neighbouring guests who had a party till after 2am. Quiet times need to be monitored for guests to respect other guests someone should patrol and check if this is adhered to

The check in process was seamless ,the security we felt safe the clean room fresh linen it was great value for the money, I also loved the pool in the sun and clean, the mini bar on site And the staff where helpful and gave us privacy

The air ventilator between Coral and Amber rooms is a turn-off. You can hear everything that is happening in the other room.

Who ever is responsible for cleaninig your rooms is not doing their job thoroughly.The fridge was VERY dirty with pink stains and more.Your side tables had sticky cup/glass rings all over them.You don't sweep under your beds.The bathroom soap dish was very dirty with different soap stains,your shower as well as your tap were not clean...It is very noisy.Your security guard is sometimes not around to open the gate and you will have to wait!My overall stay was horrible!

The gate is only operated by security/staff whom are not on the gate and the ringer is not working. I had to call them to open the gate for me and it was raining.

The room was clean and well kept. They had generator for load shedding which is good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is also perfect.

There were some guests who were playing loud music from their cars at 4am!! The TV had limited channels. There was noise coming the water tank or geyser when in use.

A group seemed to be visiting the bar in the evenings (they were not stay- over guests.) They were extremely loud.

There was no soap, shampoo, shower cap. There was a used soap and towel in the shower. The telephone was not working, we were trying to reach the reception but with no luck.

The security and the customer service. The bed is very comfortable and loved that there was a mini fridge and an aircon in the room. It was pleasant to get cereal in the morning as well.
