I didn’t like the fact that I made a booking, paid for it and only to arrive and to be told it’s fully booked. The hose couldn’t find my booking, and doesn’t know how to give me a full refund. I just want a full refund.

The Place Looked Like The Pictures On The Website. Cleanliness,The Service Was Amazing

Huge comfortable bed and great location, very safe and the staff is friendly

1. The room had no air conditioning and was very cold despite having asked for an extra blanket. 2.The shower would get extremely hot or extremely cold making the showering up uncomfortable. 3. The room was not cleaned after our first night 4. The WIFI was not working in the room

The ad had said room with breakfast included. They do not offer breakfast or any type of meal for that matter.

The establishment was pleasant, well located and generally good value for money.

The description of the room size was misleading and forced us to request another room resulting in a huge problem with the accommodation. The staff were incompetent. The owner left individuals in charge who made decisions which resulted in us having to leave within hours of arriving. We had to argue for a refund, and the owner took a very long time to take ownership for the poor service we received. There was little accountability for the double booking they made which ended up in us leaving despite being the first group of guests to check in. It was very disappointing to be treated that way.

Property refunded my money

Property cancelled my booking,4 hours before check-in. Had to threaten them to refund me.The audacity was them telling me to call bookings.com to cancel

The area. Safe and secure. The shower and basin and mirrors. Comfortable bed.

Waited for over 10 minutes outside only because the didn't hear the bell. The worst host. Didn't greet.Honesty worst attitude. Opened the gate and left us outside without telling us to come in. Was not aware of our booking. Only for him to come back again and ask why we are waiting at the gate. Refused to separate the beds for us because he was already sleeping and its night time. Honestly it was unpleasant. Felt like I asked for a favor to sleep over there, whereas I used my money to pay. Not to mention the sheets that was not changed. The white sheet was not changed. It was dirty.

The facilities were clean.

There was no Wi-fi in the room as advertised.

We did not get to the breakfast The location was fine. It was a bit of a busy area but manageable.

We have booked for 1 night 2 months prior to check in date, a month before check in date we had changed the dates. Upon our arrival, no-one was aware of the change made and they told us we had to book in the previous day. We also specifically requested a room with twin beds, but when we asked for such a room again on the day of check in, we were told they do not have any rooms with twin beds. Their solution was to give us separate bedding. This was unacceptable so we decided to rather not stay.

It was not as advertised. There was no internet in the room, no food at all never mind breakfast, no aircons.

The listing stated amenities that the premises did not have! False advertising No aircon No wireless access in room No pool facility (has been empty for months) As a guest I choose my bookings based on various amenities, I was very disappointed, definitely won't be back! False advertising
