The holiday home was so gorgeous and well located! It was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Beautiful finishes, comfortable beds and couches, a big open plan kitchen, a fireplace plus a braai room! What a fantastic place to stay in when visiting Dullstroom. Would highly recommend to anyone!

With it being cold, the geyser struggled a but the one night, but hot water for the rest.

The room was filled with amenities. The TV had all streaming platforms on. White towels are always a happy surprise. The bathroom is absolutely stunning and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I had no problems with the property at all.

Everything was there as advertised. It was super clean and had an awesome stay. The staff was super friendly and great to deal with; I gave them a call the day before to ask some questions and they were very accommodating. The instructions from the staff was clear and had no problems on arrival and for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely return on our next trip to Dullstroom!

The Loft is advertised as "two separate bedrooms". This is absolutely not the case. The second "bedroom" is on a platform above the first. So its fine for a couple with two kids. But not for two couples.. The second couple needs to walk past the bed of the first to get to the stairs and also past the bed to go to the bathroom. There's no privacy. So we ended up having to find another room in Dullstroom on a Friday evening.

The home was very beautiful with lots of thought into extra touches. The enclosed braai area was perfect for a group of friends and the fireplace made for a cozy lounge. The kitchen was well equipped and everything that we could need was there.

The wifi was very unstable and made it virtually impossible to enjoy any streaming service on the TV. The bathroom barn door was completely stuck and made it very difficult to close the door, as pulling it unhinged the door. The closet provided was very small, and we battled to fit our clothes in it for a weekend stay.

The room is beautifully appointed, with a super comfortable bed and a modern, spacious bathroom. The location is superb, just a short walk down the road to the local cosy pub, and a bit further to the main road.

Wow! What an amazing stay!! The accommodation was absolutely stunning and the beds were so comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We loved the decor and it was so central. We will definitely be back.

Adding a few twin plugs would be helpful, as opposed to guests having to go out and buy some. Lastly, the shower drain might need unclogging, as using both shower heads caused the water to take quite some time to drain.

The guesthouse is centrally located, making everything easily accessible. .

We had an amazing experience staying here! The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't really do anything to the steam inside the shower, I don't think it's working properly as our bathroom was full of steam even if we left the windows open for long periods of time.

The unit we stayed in at Rest Guesthouse was a private room with it's own bathroom. The bathroom included a luxury bath as well as a big open shower. It had a kitchen with a kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses and a mini bar fridge. The unit also had a tv and a cupboard. The beds where the absolute most comfortable beds I have ever slept on and the bedding was of high quality and super soft. The unit had a very luxury and modern feel to it.

The open shower in the private unit doesn’t drain properly. Every time I showered, the entire bathroom was completely flooded - I used all the extra towels provided to soak up enough water so that I could get to/from the toilet, otherwise my sneakers would’ve been sopping.
